The worst customer service experience of my life. I normally don’t write reviews, but you need to avoid this business at all costs. I took my truck in for a $ 200 quote and a week later they were holding my truck from me until i paid a $ 5000 repair bill. I did NOT authorize any work whatsoever. They decided to repair my truck unauthored and keep it from me. I am now filing a lawsuit against them, mainly because they are an incredibly unethical, immoral, dishonest business with shady business practices, that needs to know people won’t be steam rolled like this. Oh, did I mention my brand new truck had a large area of scratches on the side that they would not admit they did.

Denver Auto Hail Repair made the process of having my damage fixed beyond simple! I met them at the car rental location, they paid for my rental car, had my car fixed in a week and paid my deductible. It was seamless and my car looks fantastic. Hamsa was a blessing to work with. They were fantastic!
