Have been here twice now. Once for drinks and once for food. Shrimp tacos were decent. Owner took the time to talk to us up at the bar. He was friendly. I’d go back for a drink as location is great!

Great food and friendly atmosphere. It’s nice to have a good local place nearby. Food was really tasty, although the service was a bit slow for the small number of people in the restaurant at the time. Full dinner prices are fairly expensive — $ 21 for a Salmon dinner, $ 30 for Steak, but the sandwiches/burgers are great and there is a good selection. We will definitely go back!

Food was alright/average. Service was very friendly, bartender and owner setup for an awesome evening. Got super drunk :) Lots of options for bourbons.

Prices compared to food quality/portions was meh. Dining area was very cold and it was all big tips. Not inviting. Furniture was old and diner like. Staff was nice. If you want to be a denver type place with denver prices, the game and ambiance has to step up.

Although our initial experience was not ideal, I was immediately contacted by the owner wanting to rectify the situation. Coming from the service industry I understand things can happen that are out of your control. We will be returning to try again!

Well unfortunately not a good choice for dinner. First impressions the place is cool. They refurbished the old Guthrey transmission shop and did do a really cool job of it. Second impressions: they need waitresses that can multitask and get food to the tables hot. Our waitress took a long time to take our drink orders then our dinner orders and when we finally got our food it was cold. It took the kitchen an inordinate amount of time to cook two steaks, one medium rare and one medium. I’m not even taking a picture of the food because their presentation wasn’t worth sharing. Food was bland and really unappealing. Also make sure NOT to sit at the table they converted from one of the original lifts on a cold night. The table is cool but the cold breeze coming from the back door we kept asking them to close was not. I understand they have only been open six months but they still have a ton of work to do. Won’t be back until I hear it improves New addition still stand by my review and they are now harassing me through Unilocal because of it.

We had my husband’s retirement party there on Oct 30. Kim reserved the left half of the patio for us at no extra cost. The wait staff was very attentive to our guests and made sure everyone had drinks as needed. Couldn’t beat the cost and atmosphere. All our guests had a great time. Recommend this place for parties, dinner or just to go sit down and enjoy one of the many drinks they offer. Thanks Kim, Brian & Crew!!!

First time visit tonight, 10÷2÷2015. Food was good, waitstaff there was friendly. Forgot my salad ahead of the dinner, and meal came without the salad. The biggest PROBLEM is they upcharged me $ 2, for mashed potatoes that the menu said was included in the meal. I confirmed with the waitress when I ordered, that you indeed get both a vegetable, and potato. She said it was correct, and when the bill came, there it was… $ 2 added to the bill. I told the waitress, and she apologized, and checked with the owner. The waitress returned, and said the OWNER said it was a mistake, and he stood by the $ 2 upcharge. They also serve shots of whiskey AT $ 35EACH… yes folks, I said it, $ 35 dollars each, for a bottle that retails for $ 89.99. Don’t get me wrong, as a small business owner I believe in a fair profit. Shots at 1000% profit? In a hard working, middle-class neighborhood is a little excessive. I’m sorry folks, you can’t fix stupid ownership… my first visit will surely be my last.

Great atmosphere, I live literally two blocks away so it’s nice to finally have a close new restaurant. Atmosphere is cool calm and relaxed, the problem I would say to improve most on is the menu, very limited and also very non flowing, seems like bar food but then steak and shrimp as well it’s very confusing. I would just recommend kinda one or the other, but still a great place

I decided to stop in and give this place a one-beer try on my way home for work on a hot afternoon this week. Decent selection of beer taps, a dollar off draughts and two bucks off appetizers at happy hour. An interesting assortment of custom drinks, and a better than average selection of whiskey. The prices on the food seemed quite high to me for the neighborhood. My waitress Robyn was super friendly and gracious. If I stop in again it will be to see her pleasant smile.

We we’re excited about DeMarra opening but doubt we’ll be back. The prices are downtown Denver in a nicely blue hue lit garage in Lakewood. Our server was excellent and very kindly refunded us the over charge on our specialty drinks(mgmt raised the price but never changed the table tents we were informed). The small portion Calamari Tempura was unique and delicious. :(

Disappointed in the drink menu and the food menu. It was all really bland. Was really hopeful for something awesome nearby. They should hire me to fix the utter lack of décor!

Location: search for ‘CDemarra’ in Lakewood, CO then it will pop up on google maps. An old transmission shop converted into a bourbon bar. They have beers on tap but you will be missing out if you don’t try one of their barrel aged cocktails. Open windows with lots of seating makes it a perfect place for a Classic old fashioned Rye whiskey blended/aged with cherry liquor for 3 weeks in oak barrels!

I really like this place. I had a burger and my wife had a salad… both excellent. The fries are amazing. My manhattan was top notch. I look forward to coming back and sampling the rest of the menu.

Went in today for the first time. We were immediately greeted by the bartender when we walked in. The server was friendly and attentive. Both the Sriracha Chicken Wrap and California Chicken Sandwich were excellent. Looks like we will put this place on the regular rotation.

It’s a small bar off of Alameda. You may not notice it. However, upon entering this bar I was attracted to the atmosphere. It is a very good looking bar and the staff was very attentive. They were courteous, and hospitable. I, also, had the pleasure of meeting the owner. A man by the name of Kim Reuter. He shared with us his story of coming to own this bar. Also, how it came to be. He shared with my husband and I a delicious bourbon we had never had. He was very engaging and knowledgeable. What a delightful experience.

We’ve been twice since they opened. Once, just my husband and I for lunch, once for an early dinner with the kids. Lunch was excellent. Sandwiches were great, fries awesome(chicken and the steak, though the pesto wasn’t the best match). Came back a week or so later for dinner and it was just«okay». I got the sliders, my husband got the chicken sandwich. In addition, we ordered the kids mac and cheese, a cup of soup and two cocktails and the bill, with tip was $ 60. The portions are NOT that big and the cocktails were just okay. Yikes. That’s a little pricey for this kind of spot in Lakewood! The food felt sort of haphazardly plated, for the price. Overall, the service was fine and I want them to succeed, but I think the menu could use some work– like they’re trying to be like Teller’s but the interior doesn’t have that warm vibe and the menu felt a bit slapdash.
