The staff at the Days Inns off Federal Way are NOT helpful. In fact, the night manager, Jamie, was about as rude as I’ve met. The lobby is disgusting, dirty, smelly and outdated. The grounds of the hotel are as bad as the lobby and rooms. Dilapidated, unkept, broken and shoddy. Furniture was stored on the balconies which I had to step over to get to my room. I would not wish this hotel stay upon anyone.

I know the days inn is not the four seasons but honestly I am really surprised that days inn keeps there brand on this place, actually quite shocked. I’ve stayed at a worse hotel once in New Jersey. … But not much worse.

The staff was sorta helpful after they put me in a smoking room to start. They moved me quickly. I called on my way from the airport saying I’d be in a VERY big hurry to get downtown and I’ll need a cab. I arrived shortly after I said I’d be there and no cab. The desk attendant said it would be there soon. 95 minutes later after calling my own cab I got one. That was a real pain and caused me to miss an extra hour at the event I was attending. The breakfast had a waffle maker, that was about the only good thing. The toilet was clogged, the TV didn’t have any channels and the remote didn’t work. The bed was awful and the spreads were pretty gross. I guess that’s what you get for $ 38.

The staff was very helpful and attentive, but this hotel is in bad need of renovation. the refrigerator didnt work, one of the lamps didnt work. The room smelled dank. There was no iron or ironing board. Only stay here if you have no other choice.
