I stopped by today to sell some jewelry that I rarely wear. I don’t known much… okay, I really don’t know anything about selling jewelry so I was a little wary about the process, but any hesitation I had went away as soon as I stepped into Dave’s.
The young man that helped me was extremely professional and knowledgable and the whole process took about 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of my jewelry and was also impressed with the jewelry they sell. They had some really beautiful, unique pieces and I’m looking forward to going back and checking them out. They also have some really great prices on their coins.
Overall, I was not only thrilled with the value of my jewelry, but also the great customer service. This is definitely the only place I’ll go to sell my jewelry (and buy some neat pieces!).

If I could add less than 1 star I would. This place is a JOKE!!! I went in with a $ 2500 ring (with appraisal in my hand) and this jerk offers me $ 175 for the ring and said that «resale is just low these days». Didn’t put the ring under a microscope. Didn’t do anything but take it from me, look at it, and offer $ 175.00. This is after I called and have a description of the ring and the man said «I can buy for up to 80% of the value of the ring!!» That’s 7% of the ring cost. I walked out furious and will never, ever step foot in this terrible place again. Don’t claim to buy rings if you are going to low ball someone so much it’s insulting.

Excellent service and fair prices. I am a nerd so I checked prices on the InnerTubes® before heading to Dave’s.
He checked out our coins while I waited and then handed me a check.

Get there early in the day – they close at 4pm! I went here earlier this week to see if I could make some cash off of my grandmothers ring that isn’t really my style. I’ve never done the whole sell or buy gold before so I thought the experience was going to be sketch but after reading the reviews for Dave’s on here, I gave it a shot.
The whole experience was about 5 minutes long and anything but sketch. I went in, they checked out the ring, measured it, offered me a price that I liked, filled out paperwork and bam-​I walked out a richer woman. It really couldn’t be any easier, definitely check this place out if you’re looking to unload some unwanted or old jewelry.

Admittedly, I know very little about selling gold but we recently came across a sandwich bag of old class rings and decided to sell them rather than continuing to store them. I stopped in at a «we buy gold» place to get a quote and then went to Dave’s. Dave’s offered me about 20% more than the first place. The transaction was straightforward and the guys behind the counter were professional.
If you’re looking to clean out your jewelry box this is a solid option.

We had excellent service and they quoted us over $ 100 more than the place right next door. Gus took his time on each coin we had. Very pleased !

Dave’s is, by far, the most honest, reliable, and forthright buyer of precious metals in the Denver area. Dave and his sons are always professional, courteous, personable, and pay far more than even the most prestigious antique jewelry and gold buying establishments.
I reckon Dave pays me 80% of melt price, each time I go in.
I highly recommend making Dave’s your permanent go-​to gold and silver buying establishment.

So you wanna cash in on the high value of gold or silver? You have a 5 oz platinum coin to sell? Maybe you don’t want that old ring he gave you anymore. Bring your scrap jewelry and coins to Dave. He and his sons who work in the same shop have been in business for years, and are the best buyers in town. I have been buying and selling metal for over 5 years now, and I won’t go anywhere else. They are fair, honest, and reliable. They pay full value for precious metals.
If you are looking to BUY used jewelry or old coins this is a great place to shop. They always have a nice selection of top quality merchandise. If you are looking for a certain coin or minting, he will do his best to find it for you. Friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in your treasures! They love to hear the stories associated with that familial ring, or that old broken brooch. They have a jeweler on staff, and can do some repairs as well. Don’t get burned selling your precious gold and silver to an unseen stranger in Jersey. Don’t take it to the mall. Don’t go to a hotel liquidation sale. Take it to Dave and sons, and get paid what it is ACTUALLY WORTH, not what it’s worth to someone out to give you peanuts!
