Wow, am I glad I found this other review. I only wish I had found it sooner. This company, and Ron Herdt personally, are among the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I was truly shocked at the level of disdain, and just plain arrogance and rudeness, exhibited by Ron, the owner and our «contact» throughout the experience.
I won’t go into too lengthy details here, as it’s really not relevant. I’ll just put it this way: we hired this person/​company to «manage» a condo we own in downtown Denver, meaning rent it for us, and collect rents. Not a complicated job, and it’s supposedly what he is an «expert» at doing. We only hired him in the first place because we were living out of state and needed someone local to handle things for us. We had always rented it very easily and it was not supposed to be anything to worry about. For a fee of close to $ 2000 we expected at least minimal service.
What we got instead was a series of lies, no work done whatsoever, and a huge waste of time and lost money. For example:
He not only DIDN’T find us any potential renters — he completely ignored people who had contacted US independently, wanting to rent the condo, whom we forwarded to him to simply arrange the viewing, resulting in a waste of our time and money to get them interested in the first place.
He ignored multiple phone calls and emails (I have receipts to prove it), knowing full well we were not able to simply «stop by» his office, since we lived 1000 miles away.
He flat out lied about multiple things he was contractually obligated to do, such as take photos and publish them in a timely manner, reply to people who expressed an interest in the condo, and provide proper documentation of our legal relationship.
In the end, I was 99% sure that we were going to sue him, and expressed as much to him, so he decided to «agree to cancel the contract» and walk away instead. Of course, that was after he breached the contract already, and cost us two months of the valuable summertime viewing season, and cost us almost $ 4000 in lost rents. Even after he chose to walk away, I was very tempted to pursue legal action anyway, but chose not to simply to avoid further stress.
For what it’s worth, I FULLY welcome either a rebuttal from Ron himself or a member of his «company,» because I have kept numerous emails and other proof of the experience, and will be happy to publish them, or provide them via our attorney, as needed.
This guy should not be in business. That’s the reality.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. Here’s a few things that I had to deal with.
1. Entered my condo without notifying me (even though it was explicit that I get permission first. He set of my alarm and I was left with the $ 50 fee from the city).
2. He committed to cleaning the carpets by a certain date. I had to follow up with him twice and the work was completed 6 weeks after the promised date.
3. I had to initiate all follow up in regards to progress renting the property. When I threatened to cancel my contract for lack of progress and the two issues above, his only response was why my property was so difficult to rent. He had no suggestions on how to move things along more quickly.
4. Once I fired him, I posted 1 add on Craigstlist and set up more showings in one day than he had set up in 7 weeks. I had the property rented in less than a day.
Save your money, because this company will probably only wind up costing you more in the end.
