They don’t have any authentic mexican food.

I know Chubby’s, and this sir, is no Chubby’s.
Demis Chubbys is a sad incarnation of the Chubby’s many of us know and love. If you are looking for the hellfire chili of Chubby’s fame, you will not find it here.
Most things on the menu are fried beyond recognition, or buried beneath so much cheese you can’t be sure of what you ordered. Often their chili tastes burned (not handsomely roasted) but like they forgot to stir the pot and let things burn on the bottom.
Do yourself a favor and skip this Chubby’s.
