I called at 5 to try and get flowers delivered by 6 not only were they able to do it but the put together A pretty elaborate arrangement that I had taken a picture of previously and wanted to replicate.

A few years ago when I offered my home to the Central City Opera House for a 3 day home tour, Cherry Creek Custom Floral, Neiman Marcus and a couple of other companies decorated our residence for the pre-Christmas event. In a word the job they did was spectacular. All of the retailers did an amazing job, but Cherry Creek Custom Floral truly made our place glow for the holidays. Last week wanting to do something special for my gal for her birthday, and last minute… oops, I thought of UK and the work he and his company had done at my home. Again, he made me look good, no… great actually. The arrangement I was able to walk out with in minutes was again spectacular. Colorful, fragrant and fresh. Simply first-class. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but of impeccable quality. The bottom line is UK and Cherry Creek Custom Floral«delivered» again… even though I picked up this time ;-) I’m taking the time to provide this Unilocal review(my second) for the reasons mentioned AND because more often then not reviews, including the ones I read here, seem an outlet for those reporting criticism, fair or not, or those who are just insatiable. Reviews are free to us all and presumably accurate with good intent, provided we have the time. With a cast on my leg… I have a bit more time this week, but more importantly, my girl has beautiful fragrant flowers on the table to remind her I love her!

Very bad experience at Cherry Creek Florist. Had a delivery Tuesday that was a lovely thought(and fresh roses) but poor execution by the florist. Shop Manager UK called me and said they would redo with roses being delivered to shop Friday morning. The redo was delivered this morning and the arrangement was lovely, but the roses were open, curled and burned on the edges. I took them back and told UK that the design was lovely but he might need a new supplier because the roses were not fresh(remembering that the Tuesday roses were). He yelled at me, told that his shop does Neiman’s and the roses were fresh. So I just left the roses on the counter and thanked them. I would not use this florist!

Ordered a flower arrangement off the website for my wife on Valentines day(ordered 10 days in advance). The flowers that were delivered were no where near what was pictured. Sent them an email telling them I was upset with what my wife received. The Roses I ordered were $ 130, and I could get better from Costco for $ 60. He called me back and gave me a line of excuses. He did offer to give me a discount on a future order… I don’t think so!
