Technician showed up on time, was very professional and focused on helping us get exactly what we needed from our security system. I’ve dealt with several security companies like ADT, ProtectionONE and others over the years. They have famous names but their technicians are often low paid short timers who seem more interested in upselling to grab a commission, or taking shortcuts to finish quickly & get onto the next job. Big names are not always better, these guys prove that small and local is better in this case.
The guys at CC Security took time to do things right, and make sure all our questions were answered and everything was working before leaving. The CC tech even rounded DOWN the billable hours on top of not rushing things. I’ve seen the big guys named above, come bang out a lousy job full of shortcuts and then round up time, plus they up-​sell at every turn and tell me our brand new system is already old technology before it’s even installed, hoping I’ll upgrade on the spot. I can honestly say it was a much better experience going with CC Security in every way.
I’m glad I took a chance on them. These guys are small enough to still care about doing a good job first, and making sure you are happy so you remain a customer for a long time, yet competent and skilled enough to handle our high end system install and offer a good price. A better experience, did a better quality job, and happy to be partnering with a small local business. Those are getting rarer these days.
Very knowledgeable and competent in setting up a new high-​end 16TB security DVR (16 cam) system with 5MP dome cameras, PTZ units and mix of IP cams and analog. They did a great job, knew their stuff, and answered all of my technical questions thoroughly. We will definitely be calling them again when its time to add features or need tech support.
