Scheduled to come out at a specific time after i got off work, arrived home to a business card on my door. He must have gotten to my house before I did, and decided not to call me before leaving. Bad customer service, wasted 2 days I could have spent hiring a carpet company who wants my money. He also would not return my calls the next day.
