All I can say is that out of all of the ciders that I’ve ever had C-​Squared has the best ones hands down! If you like ginger I highly recommend the ginger cider! If you’re looking for something not too sweet I’d do the Nona and the Alma is beyond the

Love it. New hang out in the neighborhood. It is going to be a great hang out. The space has character; an old warehouse that will also have a restaurant. The ciders are good, a little on the sweet side and interesting. They had a cider made with pineapple and green chilis. Yes. Yum.

YAY more tasty alcohol in the ‘hood.
I’m actually more a fan of sweet ciders so C2 really hit the spot. I’m excited to see everything as it’s complete and up and running, since we stopped in before the building was done on one of their «we’re open come over» days.

The Bindery on Blake complex looks like it’s going to be great! Stopped in during a 3-​hour open window to try the cider.
An old train car, industrial equipment, & a music stage look very cool. The logo and their style are sweet.
The ciders are on the sweeter side. I enjoyed the Nona, but the ginger was my favorite. Looking forward to seeing the place in all its glory and trying their seasonal ciders!
