This is an update to my review. After speaking with ‘Margo’ she explained the delivery of my 2 dozen roses must have been delivered to a another guest at my hotel accidentally. Margo said Brown Palace Flowers only delivers to the hotels and the hotels deliver to the rooms.
I’m not sure what happened. The flowers my wife received had her name on the card. Regardless, Margo was helpful and offered to credit in me full. It will take 5 – 7 days to credit my account. I’m glad Margo was so helpful and understood what I was charged was not nearly not what I received.

After my post regarding the flower shop carina contacted me and asked if I would give the flower shop another try. We did and I cannot say enough about the beautiful flowers that arrived on our wedding day. Everything was EXACTLY what we wanted and we loved it

Used to be quality but no longer good. They say they will do something or promise you certain flowers on the phone and next day send an arrangement you didn’t want or even pay for with lame flowers. Shame on then. Have used for long time but guess they don’t care anymore. Way over.

Gorgeous flower arrangements and bouquets. Chuck is imaginative, artistic, and innovative in his designs. He has created several arrangements for us and each one is more beautiful than the last.
