Mike and his team were great!
They were prompt and finished our house (40ish panes, 15ish windows) in 3 hours.
Prices were very reasonable!
Will definitely use them again next spring and refer to friends and neighbors.

Fantastic! Mike and an assistant finished over 100 panes (4000+ sq ft house) by 3 PM. The windows, tracks, and screens are very clean. We both work from home, so we appreciated the lack of banging around. They made things happen without any fuss.

Thank you Mike, for not only coming through at the last minute for our house to go on the market, being flexible to reschedule when things changed with the house, but also doing a fantastic job. The house sold days later. I had no idea windows could be that clean! You and your team were fantastic, easy to work with, thorough, and stress-​free. I normally don’t write reviews like this. Difficult to schedule. On day of scheduled arrival, they called to cancel. Reason: It was cold. They rescheduled me out almost 4 weeks to a date I could not commit to. Last year they did a great job, this year, I tried, but ended up having to skip window washing.

Boy Howdy was it hard to get my windows cleaned this year! Thank goodness for BREEZE who finally came to my rescue. All the other places were so swamped they either didn’t bother to answer their phones to blatantly NOT showing up on an appointed day… Not Breeze!
Communication was clear, direct, friendly. The group showed up and was respectful and speedy, in and out of my house in no time, leaving me sparkling windows.

Excellent service. Quality work. I called around to get quotes on window cleaning, and Mike (owner) answered right away — came over that afternoon, and I had a bid via email that evening.
The price was very reasonable, and we scheduled the work to be done. I really liked the email communications, from the bid, to appointment confirmation the day before, and then the thank you email after. Mike even called on the morning of service to give me an update on arrival time. I loved that! — no sitting around waiting for a specified time window.
His team was fast, efficient, respectably dressed considering it’s a job that can be a bit messy. And, they were all clearly proud of what they do!
I will definitely be calling them next time I need the windows done.

Breeze Window cleaning and Mike did a fantastic job with my home. I called him and he answered right away, he booked an appointment, was able to service the home while I was out of town, and even emailed over an invoice. I was able to pay with a credit card and he made the service super easy. I would recommend Breeze Window Cleaning to anyone needing their window’s shined up and their gutters cleaned! The home looks great and I will definitely call him back after the leaves fall for the same service. Thanks Mike! You and your company are great! Appreciate the effort and work.

Oh, how I wish Breeze Window Cleaning could be cloned and their qualities applied to general contractors. We booked Mike for a move-​out window cleaning to help our home show better. He did an excellent job, was proactive in booking and confirming, showed up on time, did an excellent job and coordinated with our realtor so professionally that she called to tell me how impressed she was with him. In a world of flaky service-​folk and sloppy work, BREEZE STANDS OUT!!!

Very professional company. They were quick to provide me a quote to power wash my house, clean the windows, and my solar panels. They had great communication when traffic put them a little behind they made sure to call and let me know. Great job on my windows, siding, and panels.
