Even though the product is a bit pricey, but must see how much your skin improves with their product. I sat down with a makeup artist named (Ernest) I went from super dry and ashy skin to marvelous glowing skin. Also, they give you great advice for skincare and makeup application!

Bobbi Brown hands down has the best quality cosmetics. The customer service is professional and the staff knows there products. They are time conscious and willing to help write down eyeshadow steps as well as give a face drawn map which lays it all out for me! I’m so glad to have come here! Darcy matched my face foundation flawlessly. Ian is also awesome. He showed me step by step how to apply a smoky eye and use the brushes!

Looking online for Bobbi Brown Shimmer brick for my daughter, Nordstrom’s Cherry Creek, near to me, did not have the color she wanted. Park Meadows did. I ordered the item for pickup at Park Meadows and they accepted my credit card. Two days later, I drove through 30 minutes of traffic to find they that they did not have a service center, as the email directed me to, knew nothing about my order, and finally decided that they did not have it because they may have «sold it.» Nordstrom’s will never see me again.

I know I already gave 5 stars but seriously they deserve 100. On Friday I learned that my makeup artist for my wedding (which is 20 days away) would be out of town. WTF. I was in a total panic and didn’t know what to do. That is until I sat down and thought about things for a minute. I immediately called up Bobbi Brown and they told me to come in whenever to chat about what I was looking for. I kid you not. every single person at this counter is awesome. The real kicker? The makeup artist that I adored from Bloomingales on Michigan Ave in Chicago is now working at this counter. Seriously. Amazing. Go see them. Any of them. I couldn’t be happier or more relaxed now that I had this smoothed out.
