I had a real sore spot on my back that I suspected could be helped by a nice massage. and booked one with Tiffani. I’d only had one other massage before, at a salon, years earlier. so I wasn’t too sure what to expect, and I tend to be somewhat of a skeptic. It was just what I needed.
She was professional, compassionate, and very attentive to how my muscles responded. You can tell she cares and wants to do a great job. Her office is nicely decorated and the music she put on was perfect.
I also have issues with my neck/​shoulders and she also concentrated the massage there, and man, was it nice to finally relax. She is super strong from being a Crossfit athlete, so she could really get into the soreness. I felt like jello when she was done. I will be back.

I’ve been a client of Tiffani’s for just over a year. I get a massage from her just about every 3 weeks. I have to say that it is the most relaxing 90 minutes of my month! She has set up a super relaxing atmosphere with her electric fire place, illuminating salt crystalizer thing-​a-​ma-​jig, and perfect lighting. Her place is very clean, the table warmer is fantastic, and she really knows what she’s doing! Oh, and you even get to pick your own music (I’m a fan of the Eastern Sun Radio station on Pandora)!
Being a CrossFitter and Colorado adventure junky, I get beat up quite a lot. Tiffani is well versed in many different massage and fascial stretching disciplines and has done wonders for my recovery and mobility. She has nursed me through some pretty serious injuries and has gotten me back on the slopes and in the gym in short order!
She also is constantly learning new techniques and getting new certifications which equals massage awesomeness on the table! For a tiny girl she can really use a lot of pressure and get out even the deepest, tightest knots.
If you’re hard on your body, look no further… she will take care of you!

On a recent trip to Denver I had a great massage here. I worked out at Axistence Athletics, and Blue Phoenix is located at the gym so it was very convenient.
I was curious about Ashiatsu massage, so I was excited to see that service on the menu and decided to give it a try. Tiffani gave a great massage and she listened well as we discussed my problem areas. She explained what to expect during and after my massage, and gave me some great tips to use between appointments.
She was very professional, I would highly recommend!

This place is super legit, not to mention that its located in Denver’s only adventure sports training center. Tiffani knows what she’s doing and is extremely professional. She takes her education seriously and is a constant learner. As someone who trains regularly, I can vouch that she has helped me out with several muscular issues I’ve had and I’ve gained more mobility since I’ve been going here. Great place and great service!
