I can’t even begin to explain how horrid this location is. Tried to order a pizza last night. Called after an hour of waiting for delivery. Was told that they received a «pickup» order. After some banter with the phone attendant who didn’t care about her customer; it was decided they could still deliver our hour old food for a fee. I cancelled the order where I was told, with attitude, that it would takes DAYS to process. Bringing me to tonight where I tried again to order the same meal. After much banter with the guy about my correct phone number and address he finally decided he could take my order. But then I tried to add an order of plain boneless wings. I was told by the guy on the phone that they don’t do that, I can only order spicy or BBQ. I had to quote the website to him to get what I wanted. He finally added it and said it would be over an hour to receive the order… Let’s see what happens.

Blackjack’s a pretty solidly reliable pizza. It’s cheap and pretty consistently good — you get a lot for what you pay for. The staff at the 104th location is always extremely friendly and accomodating.

How we hate little Cesar’s is what my kid told me. Decided to try Black Jack Pizza and it was such the right decision great pizza friendly management and staff. The manager Ashley at the Parker location is a a absolute gem. I usually only get to write these reviews for bad service nice change of pace to write a great one. Thanks for the awesome service.

This is the nearest Blackjack to me and I must say, skip it. The pizza is consistent, the delivery is fine, the phone service is terrible. Hung up on 3 times, skip it!

Worst pizza ever, even after they made it the right way after delivering 1… 2… 3 pizzas. Finally got it right when the owner of the place had to make it personally himself. After 3hrs of waiting and getting wrong pizzas with wrong toppings, it was still disgusting and uncooked!

Very close to our house, so it’s convenient. Aside from that, decent service, and very pleased with their menu expansion. Their new pan pizza is a nice addition, as well as other foods which they’ve added just recently. Their salads are quite good, and who doesn’t love ice cream?! I mean, come on!

Good pizza usually. The worst customer service! They sent me a $ 3 off coupon in the mail as an apology for taking too long on a previous order so I decided to use it. Called in my order for delivery and confirmed that they had the correct address on file as I had moved recently. After 55 minutes had passed, the delivery driver called and asked where I lived. They sent the pizza to my previous address! I then called the restaurant to ask if there was going to be any compensation for this mistake. The dolt on the other end then asked«what mistake?» No apology whatsoever. They blamed it on the new guy. That did it! Never again Blackjack! You screwed the pooch!

Mmmm, greasy cheesy goodness! Don’t order from here expecting Anthony’s or Abo’s. It’s a step above Pizza Hut in quality, but it’s budget-friendly and works for those last minute dinner emergencies. I don’t feel they skimp on cheese, and least not as much as other chains. Toppings areas fresh as can be expected. What they excel at is value. A couple of pizzas and that yummy cheese bread for a get together won’t break the bank. Delivery drivers are prompt and are a little less skeevy– looking than some of the nearby chains’.

We ordered Carry Out, the pizza and bites deal specifically. While the Blackjack Pizza in Boulder makes sort of cardboardy pizza that leave much to be desired(especially after being microwaved the next day), this Blackjack’s pizzas had the perfect ratio of golden brown cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. The boneless bites were excellent as well, especially with some ranch dipping sauce. The pizza was ready for pick-up when the order taker said it would be. The pizza sure won’t win any awards, but it’s the best damn cheap pizza nearby, if you’re looking for deals and quality. If you want quality, expensive pizza, there are plenty of other places you can go. If you’re accompanying your dinner with a significant amount of alcohol, having a party, or looking to entertain another family with kids, this is the place to go. The other Blackjack pizza in Boulder would get 2 stars. This one is easily a solid 3.5.

Somehow we live in a pizza delivery twilight zone. Every pizza chain(even the ones we normally like) has terrible pizza. The other night, we decided we’d give Blackjack a try. It was pretty good, although not great. We liked the 505 green chile(instead of pizza sauce) on their Santa Fe pizza — it was really different — and we’re fans of the 505 brand. The thin crust, however, was not very crispy and almost tasted a little stale. The hand-tossed crust on the other two pizzas we ordered was better and also tasty. The delivery was within the time specified, and their online ordering process was easy. The delivery guy was friendly. We still like the Papa Murphy’s best in our area — but when we’re feeling too lazy to go get it and throw it in the oven, we’ll probably give Blackjack another try.

Great CheeseBread!!! The pizza is pretty good… I went in and did a carry-out this past weekend and was impressed. There were alot of workers, high turn-over with orders… seemed clean! Will def be a regular here!

I have never had a problem with Blackjack Pizza(84th and Federal) honoring on-line coupons. I just happened to be across town and suggested ordering Blackjack(104th) at a friend’s home. The pizza arrived and we were missing the free 2 liter with our order. The driver told us that they don’t honor the free 2 liter on-line coupon, even though it was clearly stated on the receipt that the soda should have been included. My friend called the manager with absolutely no resolution. I understand that they are franchised and can honor whatever they want but don’t have on-line ordering if you are not going to honor on-line coupons!

I got this pizza last night. It was decent I suppose. I’m not a huge fan of the crust on it, and they kinda skimped on cheese as well. If there’s one thing that can overcome lame crust it’s lots of cheese, and this one didn’t have it. The cheese bread was very good though, definitely lots of cheese there. Restaurant/ordering area was clean, staff was friendly, and the prices are pretty good. I’m going to keep looking around for other pizza places around my neighborhood but this place is a decent option at a good price.

They had some good pizza, which suprised me. We pulled into the parking lot and hubby went inside to get 3 large 1-topping pizzas for $ 5.99 each. He was out in about 3 minutes-long enough to swipe the bank card. The pizzas had been sitting there ready for drop in customers and I just knew they would be as hard as cardboard and chewy as paste-re-warmed and terrible. My mistake. Everybody said they liked their pizza. 3 stars because, though good, it didn’t knock my socks off.
