They pay shop workers less than minimum wage. This is immoral, not to mention illegal. Sorry, but by doing that you’re just digging your own grave. Could never recommend this place if their shop workers can’t even afford to live off of their wages, yet the owner gets big insurance checks. Pitiful.

Pretty impressed with BJ’s! I got in a fender bender and USAA recommended BJ’s to fix my Subaru Impreza. I received weekly texts with updates on my car. Robert handled my claim and was always available when I called with questions. The day I picked up my car I was greeted at BJ’s with a friendly staff. Unfortunately I had to wait over 30 minutes while they washed it and got it ready for my pick up. At least my car was nice and clean and looked like new! Glad I can trust my insurance company to recommend a reputable auto repair shop!

Mike handled my repair after an accident and he did a great job. American Family Insurance recommended them and I’m so happy they did! They got me in as soon as I called and the repairs were completed in the exact time frame promised. My big beautiful car came back to me shinier than when I dropped it off. The personal family style approach to business they have is fantastic. Lisa is as sweet as she could be. It was a 5 star experience for sure!

My car got broken in to and man is that ever a mess to deal with. I came to BJ’s since they are the preferred vendor of American Family Insurance. My car was taken in the same day even though they didn’t technically have room or the authorization from my insurance to begin repairs and I am so thankful because we had a big snow that night! The work was done quickly and my car was returned in better condition than before the smash and grab. Thanks!

I highly recommend BJs Auto Collision. I bought a 2013 Camaro, backed it into my garage the first week (I know, I know). I took it to BJ’s who treated me great, fixed the car in one day and the price was way less than expected. The work is perfect, they matched it like new, if you go into the shop, you will see these folks know cars and how to fix them… No complaints here.
