Big O’s BBQ

I went with the Pulled Pork and Coleslaw and Baked beans. Delicious and spot on.
Great sauce that compliments it without overpowering the meal.
They even brought me in a Free Rib and it had a great smoke ring and was tasty.
Plus when you meet them at a Brewery thats even better.
But order fast because they do run out quickly.
The People have Spoken.

High quality meat and a sauce that you’ll be wanting bottled up so you can take it home and eat it on everything. Love me some Big Os BBQ!

Mmmmm… BBQ…normally BBQ is just BBQ. But big Os is just delicious. Brent has a passion for what he does and takes it very seriously. You can tell from just talkin with him how much he loves what he does and wants his customers to enjoy it too. And I did! Great customer service. Great love for BBQ a and slow cooking and delicious food. I’ll eat it again.

Ok, maybe he didn’t say those words, per se, but there’s no doubt in my mind he would have had he tried Big O’S BBQ.
Maybe you’ve been to the chain stores and tried their barbecue and thought it was good. Maybe you’ve been to the upscale store named after B.B. King’s guitar, and thought to yourself, «This is really tasty».
To quote the great classic rock band, Bachman-​Turner Overdrive: «You ain’t seen nothing yet».
The passion with which the owner of Big O’s, Brent Olsen, applies to his craft is incredible. This is a guy who truly cares about making great bbq. He’s not a chain, he’s not a corporation — he’s a guy with a smoker and a love for bbq, and that translates into amazing flavor in his food.
I had the opportunity to try some of his bbq a few weeks ago and I was blown away. The meat was tender, the outside crisp, and there was flavor oozing everywhere. If I could afford it, I’d just eat at Big O’s BBQ every day!
Thank you for bringing amazing bbq to Denver, and I can’t wait to eat here again!

Phenomenal barbeque. The pitmaster made my family and I a special batch of slow smoked pulled pork. So tender and juicy with a great spice bark. Great portions. The homemade BBQ sauce was so good I would eat it on pancakes. Not a big fan of food trucks usually, but this place is definitely the exception. Worth a visit if you are in the Denver area.
