The new location(1st and Steele) is super easy to get to and parking is not a problem as there is a parking garage with specific spaces for the AT&T store. I ran into this location on the off chance I could get a quick fix of an issue, quick fixes are not usually associated with mobile stores. I was greeted immediately by a smiling Samantha. Inside my head I was mentally preparing for the onslaught of upsales, «oh sorry I can’t help you» or the entire transaction taking enough time to knit a new snappy hat. My train of thought and mental prep is a sad statement to the level of service, or lack thereof, that is all too common in the customer service based industry. All my mental prep was for naught because Samantha hooked me up and had me out of the store in about 15 minutes. I returned to the store today, because I waited till last minute, to get a new iPhone activated. Again, Samantha, who I asked for specifically, managed service with a smile. I might add while I was waiting for the transaction to go through, the other service reps were smiling and appeared to be getting customers in and out with no angry outbursts. Again, not something generally associated with mobile stores. So, if you’re dreading going into the mobile store, try this location because you have less of a chance of needing a bottle of wine afterwards.

This review for the store in its new location at 1st and Steele Went in here for a new phone… Left 45 minutes later without one and bought an iPhone from the online Apple Store instead. Advantages to Apple Store: — computer is more polite than staff at this location — computer seems to have a better grasp of math than the staff at this location — get to buy stuff while cooking — faster — don’t need to find parking in Cherry Creek I was taken aback by the rudeness and lack of education at this store. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was given the upsell on insurance that I didn’t want. After I said no-thank you was told«just so you know, if one of your kids breaks it you’re out 1300 bucks. When I pointed out that the cost of an unlocked iPhone 6 from Apple way less than that the response was«are you calling me a liar? Get out of the store and buy your phone somewhere else!» Follow up with store manager… Rather than the response I was expecting(along the lines of I’m so sorry…) the response was basically why don’t you just go somewhere else… Unreal. And unnecessary, given how many other options there are. Sorry at&t, definitely no remnants of the once great AT&T at this store…

I went there last week and got a new iPhone 6. Charlie was helping me and he was friendly and knowledgable. He talked me into getting a screen protector and case for my phone. I was hesitant on buying the screen protector there since I found it cheaper on Amazon but he said he would put it on for me and I could go back if I had any problems. Less than a week later my glass protector started chipping at the top. I have been extremely careful with my phone so went back in hopes of replacing my defective protector. I thought Charlie would have my back since he was so helpful when I bought the phone but to my surprise he said they could only replace it if I paid $ 35.00 for a new screen. Shouldn’t I have a warranty on this thing in the store?! I’ve only had it a few days! He was super unhelpful and sadly it overshadowed the pleasant experience I had before. Looks like Charlie only had good customer service when I was looking to spend money.

This review is not aimed at this location. They are very nice. But I am so fed up with AT&T. I can’t be they are so inconsiderate of the existing customer when everyone is doing so much the try and gain new business. I have been loyal to them for years and for what? I’m tired of being overcharged and having nothing done about it. T moble or verison here I come!

I just spoke to an associate at the AT&T store(Shawn, I think) and he was extremely unhelpful and very rude. If you have a question about an iPhone upgrade, I definitely recommend going to the Apple Store at the mall. The store is much busier, but worth th wait for much better customer service.

This my first review for mobile merchandise store. I was here on last Sunday afternoon along with my friend who needs a new At&t mobile connection. The store is very spacious. I am much impressed with their receiving when we entered the store. One of the sales executive greeted all of us and made an appointment on his Ipad. The sales executive who assisted my friend was friendly and explained about the plan and other details.
