This is Denver’s only home of the Denver Pats Fan Club! The beers are well priced, the staff is amazingly fun and funny; it’s a true blue Boston bar. One of the better venues in town for live music as well, streaming phish shows, comedy and every variety of the«good stuff» that makes Denver a great place to live. Go Pats!

I went here with friends who are really in to college football. They told me it was a great sports bar, one of their favs. Well I am not sure I know what makes a great sports bar because I don’t really follow sports, and rarly ever go to any sports bars. But if a top sports bar includes tv’s all over the place, a great staff with bartenders that know how to make a drink, then this is the place!!! But be warned, there really is not any food. At least while I was there. But we did not go to dine anyway. This place is all about fun, meeting friends, and just having a sports bar party. I had a great time there and really enjoyed the people. Good stuff.

Drink specials were good on Sunday, but weren’t able to show our game. Only 3 direct TV boxes for 5 TVs. Boss working today decided it was more important to have the Patriots playing when there were no Pats fans there besides him! Poor customer service. Bartender however was good.

Great small bar /venue for the Larimer square area. They get a great mix of tunes in and typically have no cover. Bartenders are pretty quick and considering the area that’s rare. Good selections of drafts and cans, nice mix of local spirits as well.

This is a really good venue for small to medium sized comedy events. You get an interesting crowd of people almost every time. No food is served, but they have a decent selection of food and beer at the bar. I like that it’s definitely divey, but does not seem to go out of his way to be filthy. It’s nice that this venue exists in this part of town.

It’s hard to say I’ve found my new favorite bar. Well, I’ve found mine. Great bartenders & clean bathrooms are always a plus. I accidentally spilled my drink on a friend & the bartender gave us one on the house. Hard to beat that. Excellent door service & nice people inside. You can bring in your own food & enjoy it with your drink. They are also adding more beer on tap soon. Good prices on their drinks & great service!

Eh. Limited beer selection. Showing Colorado Rapids instead of World Cup soccer, and a bunch of over-the-hill, wanna-be bros at the bar. Bartenders were cool though. Maybe it’s better for shows?

The Armoury is a solid four stars, with a great staff, and quality lineup of a variety of entertainment, there is usually something entertaining on their stage. Wednesdays, for example, they have a ‘Funk Jam’, which starts with a very legit house warm up band, followed by a open jam. The Armoury also sits in the Ballpark neighborhood right on Larimer, so there’s usually a ton going on in the area. Full bar and reasonably priced.

I was at the Armoury yesterday before taking the shuttle to the Rapids game. The service from the bartender was excellent, and the drinks were cheap! I started off with 2-for-1 mimosas(any place with mimosa deals is a win in my book!), then ordered a moscow mule before leaving. My moscow mule was fabulous, and the mimosas seemed to have a good OJ to champagne ratio. I’ll definitely be back before future Rapids games!

The ladyfriend and I came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I think it was a good spot for that, but doesn’t really appeal to me otherwise. If you want a standard mixed drink or brew, then it’ll do. They actually have a decent canned beer selection, including Magic Hat #9. Draft, not so much. Plus the bartender was mistaken about the New Belgium seasonal that was on tap that night(said it was their White IPA, but later I found out it was actually the Spring Blonde — quite a difference, and explains why I didn’t like what I had). Yeah, yeah, I know — I’m a snob. Don’t think I’ll come back on my own, but I’m fine coming by if others are meeting up here.

The Armoury is a great place for big parties! The drink specials are awesome and the music is always bumpin. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to organize a large celebration.

Love coming here to meet up with friends before heading out to a Colorado Rapids game. Great little football pub(not American-Football) with decent prices and good beers. Everyone is very friendly and the service is great. For those Rapid fans, I would highly recommend buying your tickets through the fan club and meeting up with all of them here at Armoury before getting on the drunken bus ride to the game!

Nice little hole in the wall spot on Larimer to catch a game. I went here on a Saturday afternoon to watch college football with my alumni club and it was spacious with minimal people there(I think we were the only patrons) and decent specials but nothing really sticks out as special about this place to me. Staff was friendly and I’m a little confused if they have food or not since it seemed to be catered in with prices that were ridiculous for what they were offering(tacos and such). I’m sure I will be back here on another Saturday and hopefully it will leave more of an impression on me rather than just being«there».

You know what? I like this bar. It provides a cool atmosphere on a chill afternoon to just belly up and enjoy yourself. The bar itself isn’t large, but a narrow long space with with capabilities for live music. There’s booths and there’s a long bar, but other than that you are looking at standing room — exactly what this bar is intending. It’s just comfortable enough for those low-key days when there aren’t a lot of people around to crush your groove, but at the same time, I could see this place really filling up on a Saturday night. It goes both ways and that’s fantastic. Order the new Deep Eddy Ruby Red vodka. Delicious summer cocktail!

We quite literally stumbled upon this place during the St Patrick’s day parade. The fellows outside made sure that we were summoned into the place. It was quite an odd/funny situation. The bartenders were super busy while we were there so we didn’t stay long. They have a stage, so I am sure they will have live music occasionally. They advertise themselves as a soccer/rugby bar. I could see this. What threw me was the portraits of Motley Crue on the wall over by the rest rooms. They seemed a bit out of place, but what do I know:) This seems like it might be a fun place to revisit and after Eric’s rave review I may just have to winder in again!

New bar on the larimer street pub crawl area. Popped in on a weeknight and it was just the right amount of full. Bartender was super friendly and helpful Bar is nice and long, some cute tables along the side, a cute stage for future events. I look forward to trying the menu at some point.

Spent the eve there again last night — great company at the bar w/the talented bartenders as well as the barhuggers. We’ve always been welcomed nicely when we have been to Armoury since its opening. Simple appointments; the bar and televised sports are the attraction when there is not a band or DJ. Laid-back pace, good happy hour specials. Impressed with the entertainment the place brings in! A good spirit to the place — we’ll be back and we hope more will keep coming, this bar is a gem!

Good beer on tap, friendly staff, big TVs. Too early to tell how the bar will end up, but looks promising so far. And it’s always good to have another world football(soccer) bar in this town.
