My boyfriend and I decided to try out a new pizza place near cap hill. We Unilocaled and found Amore and ordered through there. It took over an hour and twenty minutes for delivery. It was a regular Thursday night and we live 5 minutes down the road. Just like the previous Unilocal comment. Pizza was good after we warmed it up in the oven but not sure about the wait.

Amore pizza claims to have legit NY pie, and maybe that’s the case, but it wasn’t for me. I patiently waited over an hour outside of the estimated delivery window. No biggie, it’s New Year’s Day and they’ve been busy. I open the first box of pizza and it’s cold as ice. Second pizza is barely warm. Both pies tasted horribly; they were like cold, stale crackers with solid cheese slices on them. For the money I had much higher expectations. I will certainly not be wasting my cash on this garbage pizza ever again.

The pizza was good even though I waited 1.5 hours. The delivery guy didn’t have a pen and was unprofessional. Not sure if it was worth the wait.

We ordered from here a couple of times mainly because they deliver and are close to home. The pizza is pretty good, not great but you can’t really get great here in Colorado. The best pizza I’ve had here in Colorado is in Fort Collins a place called Pulcinella’s. Anyway, if I were rating Amore solely on taste alone I’d give it 3 stars. With that said it’s still way better than ordering from any chain. However the customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. We ordered from Amore online last night, got the confirmation stating the pizza would arrive in 45 – 60 minutes. We waited 75 minutes before calling and asking about the hold up. I wish we asked for the man’s name answering the phone, as he was very rude. He got very upset at my simple question and proceeded to tell me that our order confirmation clearly stated it would take 75 minutes for delivery, this of course was not true. I politely told him that it’s already been 75 minutes. Then he said it would take an additional 20 — 30 minutes for us to get our pizza, no apologies what so ever. I figured must be a busy night so we waited the additional 30 minutes and still nothing. I finally had to cancel my order. Waiting almost 2 hours for a pizza is unacceptable and being rude and unsympathetic to your patient customers when you are busy is also unacceptable. They definitely lost a regular customer. I would much rather drive and pick up a pizza at Fat Sully’s than risk the potential waiting over 2 hours and being met with horrible service.

Great pizza & calzones. The calzones are MONSTER size and enough to 2 people on their own. Pizza is very delicious when hot or cold. VERYDELICIOUS!!!

So good! My wife and I’s new favorite pizza spot in the city! NY style thin crust with quality toppings and reasonable prices. Haven’t eaten in yet, but we have been very happy both times we have ordered delivery!(Has come faster than the time quoted both times too!) check it out and support local business!

This used to be Belemonti’s pizza, & that was amazing! But this is no Belemonti’s. We wanted to eat there, but had it to go instead. The place is so un– inviting & sparse. No curtains to cover that broken window, no blinds, Arby’s looking IKEA furniture & a TV that may or may not have reception that day. Now for the pizza. Adequate at best, almost no sauce & only 2 sizes: Small or 18 inch. My small 3 topping pizza was over $ 15! Sooo not worth it. Very bland & very dry. Damned disappointing.

My order didn’t come for 1.5 hours, which was a real problem, but the pizza made up for it. This place now gets my vote for best pizza in Denver.

Nice thin crust, good cheese, and tons of toppings. Excellent pizza. A bit pricey, but that’s because they lavish on toppings by the pound, almost too much, on a gigantic 18″ crust. One slice is a meal, no lie. One of the best, closest to real new york pizza, you will find west of New Jersey.

Some of the better NY pizza I’ve had in Denver. A little light on the sauce for my taste; you may want to order extra. Delivery is not the fastest, but not unreasonable(45 – 60); I live a couple of miles away and the pizza still arrived hot and fresh.

I just ordered from here with Eat24 after debating about ordering from other pizza places in my area. I’m glad I ordered my food here! It was delicious, fast, and affordable. The delivery guy was extremely friendly as well. 10⁄10 would order again soon.

Killer lunch special — $ 3 for a slice and a can of Coke. Pizza was NY style, a slice is a 1⁄8 of an 18″ pizza, good crust, decent sauce, a little greasy. I would eat here again if I was in the area, but I was expecting a larger slice(twice this size) like you’d get at any of the by the slice places I’ve been to before give you like a quarter of a pizza, this was an eight.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and assisted by three friendly faces. They even gave me a free side of marinara sauce and my pizza was kept warm. The pepperoni and banana pepper pizza was perfect: thin, crunchy, and flavorful. Mi amore, Amore Pizza.

As Me and my friends were passing by we saw this cute little spot @ santafe drive. The smell of pizza pulled us in. Being from nyc I know what a nyc style slice taste like. We ordered ‘18inch Supreme pie’ and a calzone. Pizza was with right amount of sauce and cheese, and crispy enough to hold the load of all those toppings. As it come on table it was bigger than we expected, well that’s a plus. Our calzone, was one of a kind, as we saw it all of us dropped our jaw! After we finished it all, my friend ordered a cheesecake, and she said it was a delish… The pizza guys were super nice… I am definitely coming back
