I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here because they have excellent lighting solutions.
However the receptionist is a complete and total jerk. I would use profanity, but this post would be pulled. A receptionist should be kind, smile, be curious, and above all be helpful. I want to know why every time I come in here this crone who rolls her eyes, blames the staff, and tells you what a bad person you are. Seriously?!
I am done, this is not Maw Bell from the 70’s.
