For Cherry Creek location hopefully.
Probably one of the worst AE shopping experiences since I was in 7^th grade.
— door guy said everything 40% off, wrong.
— first girl I asked about a pattern directed me to the front desk, who then pointed out something not at all comparable.
— second girl I asked about inventory/​stock said only two XS left in the entire store, until I found an entire wall with all sizes.
— at checkout we felt very threatened by cashier because we simply refused to give our address out to sign-​up for card, his entire mood changed.
Turns out 40% didn’t include denim. I bought soft «jeggings» and the discount happened not to apply as «there is a small amount of denim used».
Won’t be back.

Went with my daughter to get some jeans. They had jeans for under $ 30. She tried them on and Aubrey, salesperson who worked at the fitting room was so helpful! She gave suggestions and went in search of more jeans for my daughter to try. Really great customer service!
Sign up for their rewards program. They also have military discount!

Uh, this store is made for men who wear «schmediums». My hubby isn’t an xlarge man with and extra belly — he’s fit, toned, and husky — in a good way. Anyhow, he received a gift card for this place on accident. The giver thought this place was an outdoorsy clothing store — WRONG. Lots of yuppie clothing for guys and gals that are no bigger than a size 5 or guys 30″ waist.
After searching the store for a little while, he did manage to find an outfit that suited his taste and size. Don’t think we’re going back unless we intend on becoming bulimic…

Terrible attitude. Associate behind counter walked away from me when I had a question. They make you wait forever to check out.

Okay, let me start by saying I’ve been a huge fan of American Eagle Outfitters for many years now so this review wasn’t easy for me to write. I stopped by the store to purchase some new shirts and check out their clearance (one can usually find some cute clothes at a fraction of the price). Anyway, I found some cool button-​up shirts and made my purchase. When I arrived home I took the clothes out of the bag and came up with new outfits.
Today, when I was dressing for work, I found the button holes and the buttons didn’t line up on the new shirt I was attempting to wear. I looked at the others and noticed the same thing. Three shirts in all (which was all I bought) had mismatched buttons and holes! Nothing lined up!!! I thought I was crazy at first but no… It was bad construction of the clothing! Now, I get to make another trip to the mall for a refund. Thank you American Eagle for disappointing a fan of your company.

I popped in here today to buy some new jeans. Things are well organized and labeled, which is good for me seeing as I get stupidly lost in clothing stores (that’s why you’ll see me heading for the woman’s jeans and looking like a fool when I realize where I am).
Staff was great, both the dressing room attendant and cashier were nice and personable. My jeans were also on sale which was nice, and certainly the best pricing you’ll find for them in Cherry Creek (I went to Gap afterward and theirs were twice as much)
So I’d definitely say this could take the cake as the best clothing store in Cherry Creek.
