Only go there if you love roaches and druggies! Customer service is non-​existant. The landlord tells my brother he’ll be over to fix something and never shows up. He is always busy someplace else. When the lease is up, he is out of there! This property rates no stars. I personally believe such lack of service should be grounds for breaking a lease.

I live in the apartments next door who are making efforts in making this side of Dahlia nicer.. This run down pos next door is an embarrassment, the shadies characters live there and i get nervous walking by. they are dirty creepy and a complete eye sore… burn it down booboo!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The only reason I have one star is because you can not write a review without it. But it’s NEGATIVE 20 stars. I moved into these apartments with my fiancé upon moving to Colorado. They didn’t look great but it was quick to get in. I was lied to by the landlord Tom from the beginning. And the apartments are extremely over priced. I pay 700 a month for a small one bedroom in an absolutely horrible area. Tom constantly lies and misleads us. He has been a constant let down since we moved in. These apartments are dangerous! There is a ton of drug activity. Strangers show up all hours of the night looking for some guy names tj or cj. .idk. ppl are either looking for drugs or even more disturbing threatening us! Because apparently this loser owes them money. Its not a one time thing either. This is a recurring problem. Even tho we’ve explained we have no idea who this man is. There is CONSTANT DRAMA HERE. Cops almost everyday. We’ve also found dirty syringes outside. It took Tom about a week to have them cleaned up. The more minor issues include Tom taking a MONTHS to fix any problems in our apartment. Like the fire place that we pay extra for. We have requested that it be cleaned since we moved in in June 2013. Just as we feared when winter came around, and we tried to use the fire place our house filled with smoke. To the point of making us sick and irritating our eyes. And since you never know when, or for how any days the heating system will be turned off here… the fire place is very important. it literally was finally done after I called and turned him into the health department and code enforcement. Along with a disgusting bug infestation. Every bug you can think of! Disgusting!!! At one point I was covered in in bites, about 40… and Tom refused to have s company out to help us. He actually ignored my calls and voicemails for weeks! And when he did act like he was working to solve the issue, he had another resident who is not certified mix all his own chemicals. And its not like we could get any answers as to what kind of toxins were being sprayed in our home, because the man does not speak English. After contacting the health department and finding out how extremely dangerous that was, especially because we are pregnant called code enforcement for that too. I am harassed here almost daily by drunk or tweaking trash. Its extremely scary. One more thing, I experienced my first SWAT TEAM invasion here! The house was being staked out and then all of a sudden was surrounded my SWAT and undercover officers we had noticed all morning. It including huge guns and flash grenades. No joke. I’m sure you could verify this somehow. It happened in early October I believe. And Tom does not care!!! He is a the most rude, selfish, and uncaring landlord. slumlord is a more appropriate word for this guy. The only reason I’m writing. Post so late is because we were just harassed by the two man who really think we’re hiding some kind of drug dealer and they want money. PlEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND DO NOT MOVE HERE! Do not waste your time even looking at these shit holes. Horrible horrible decision. Not to mention dangerous.
