I’m giving this company 2 stars instead of 1 because of 1 person, Randy their service technician. Other then that, this is the most unprofessional building supply company I have ever worked with. I’ve ordered 10 or so jobs from them and more then half came in wrong. On more then 1 occasion, Shaylon either messed up our orders or misquoted them. I’ve lost a lot of time and money working with this company. Right hand doesn’t talk to the left, ect… Never again. I don’t recommend them to anyone at all.

Avoid this supplier at all costs. I had a sales rep named Kevin W and he is skilled at one thing: blaming delivery and order mistakes on the customer. We tried to avoid him but when we did have to do business with him we had problem after problem and he took no responsibility. If you have to get orders out and on time this is not the place to do business with and avoid at all costs. If there was a zero rating we would have rated it 0. Kevin quoted us pricing and that was reasonable and on the very next order he bumped it back up to the high price and acted like nothing happened and never fixed the mistake and will not unless you babysit every order to make sure he’s not ripping you off. There are many more suppliers to work with so spend your money elsewhere.

As far as roofing suppliers goes this isn’t the top. Picking material up on site isn’t bad, the forklift drivers are courteous, English speaking and quick.
On the delivery front they are pretty poor. Orders are rarely accurate, prices are not overly competitive and the timing on delivery is rarely up to par. I would look into Gulfeagle or ABC
