7-Eleven

I can understand the frustration of the employees that work the mornings at this particular 7 – 11, they tend to be mostly useless. And they won’t go out of their way to help or solve a problem. I’m not going to say it’s a cultural thing, but that’s what it boils down to with these individuals. and I do not know why. During the noon time rush and afternoon slow-​down, no arguments, but the mornings, forget it.
As to the cleanliness of the place, that’s a crap shoot. My main complaint is the candy counter right in front of the cashier stand… it’s f**king filthy. I’d never pull candy out of there to eat… ever. If the Adams County Health Department gets wind of this, I’m sure some fines would be in order.

I would like to put in a complaint regarding a particular employee’s behavior & treatment of me and 2 other people that were with me on this visit. We all came in to get coffee and after all pouring our coffee into our cups we notices that there was no milk & creamers to add to the coffee. I had asked the store employee if we had any someplace else. He told me that they were out. When I asked him to open a milk or a half & half so that we can make our coffee and finish our purchase, the gentleman refused. We were forced to buy milk to just make coffee because he was going to charge us for the coffee that we already poured into our cups. I am sorry but all 3 of us do not drink black coffee and we were not going to buy it as we were not aware prior that there was no milk/​creamers to add to our coffees. When I suggested to the employee that he should open a milk/​cream for the customers he refused because «the milk will go bad in 1 hour». This is very poor customer service that could have easily been handled by using some common sense judgement on his part. As it was only 7:50 am I am sure that the opened milk/​creamer would not go to waste. It is sad to say but I will not be visiting any 7 – 11 anytime soon and will go out of my way to go to another convenience store. I hope this isn’t the standard for all of your stores.
