Dissastisfactory services and when I called to tell them that they were difficult about getting me back in and refused any kind of refund. Had to spend more going to another professional to have the work fixed. Boo.

I think they water down their botox. I’ve had botox before at different salons and saw significant results. But not at 5280. I would not recommend this place for Botox. When I called back to complain, all they offered was to sell me some more. I elected not to throw good money after bad.

I was skeptical at first and afraid it would be a waste of my money. Lilian did a great job on the 3 laser treatments I had. She worked with me around my sunburn on my neck and allowed me to come back a different time. She’s very easy to talk to and helps make conversation fun and the treatments somewhat enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone who has unwanted hair.

I first went to 5280 med spa with a Weekly Plus coupon for botox. I had never had botox before and had made and canceled several appointments at different spas in the past. Lilian was able to reassure me and gave me the confidence to be able to go ahead with the procedure. I have since gone back to see Lilian many times. She has recommended several laser treatments which have helped revitalize and tighten my face. Even my co-​workers are noticing my more dewy youthful appearance. I would strongly recommend 5280 med spa and Lilian.

Lilian Gamet, the paramedical esthetician who runs this place, is kind, funny, and engaging. I went there for a treatment I knew nothing about, and she put me at ease right away. She was knowledgeable and very helpful.
She also has tons of experience, even working with high end, «picky» clients, and about 8 years’ training. I would feel very comfortable going back, or recommending a family member go there!
