Who the F%$@ rates a Whataburger under five stars?! Unless they flat out serve you rat poison in between two slices of Texas Toast, you have no excuse. Even then, I bet those two slices of Texas Toast were so perfectly buttered that you would enjoy your sandwich. I have come here many times. Sometimes they forget things or whatever, but they do right to help fix their mistakes. So what? They gave you ONE bad experience. Think about all the beautiful memories they gave you at other times. When I take a bite out of that Spicy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich w/extra sauce, I forget it all. I love you, Whataburger. You’re not perfect, but I don’t deserve perfect. See you soon.

I normally receive great customer service at this location, however the lady that I had the displeasure of encountering today gave the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I drove up to the window, she did not say anything to me at all. Throughout the whole encounter she didn’t utter a word to me. No «hello». Didn’t ask me if I needed any sauces, I had to ask her if I could get some ketchup. Literally I got no acknowledgement. That’s incredibly rude and you should probably think twice about working in fast food if you don’t like talking to people.

Cold food after waiting over ten minutes for a to go order. Got home to discover they forgot to even give us one burger after ordering only three meals. Asked for salt free fries, completely ignored the request and gave us fries that tasted three days old. My daughters chicken strips were old, cold and rubbery. Drove back to get replacement food only to once again have the order not correct but cold again. We were offered no compensation for having to return. While getting our order the male employee bagging the order was eating French fries from people’s orders! This particular location is ridiculous.

Never once have I ever experienced a meal so decadent. If I had to choose between eating this whataburger or busting a nut, I would choose this whataburger. The fries came out golden brown and the spicy ketchup complemented it exquisitely. The buffalo chicken ranch sandwich really opened my eyes. I found Jesus in this meal. Praise be, Allah Ackbar. «Fear the day when you shall be returned to Allah, then each soul shall be paid what it is earned. And they shall not be wrong.» 2.281 Qur’an

Food was great and fast… But you can get great hot fast food anywhere now a days in denton at 2 am … The thing that dissatisfied me was the customer service. The lady taking my orders was short and rude and so was the gentleman at the window. Very short and rushed. Did not try to offer additional sides, drinks, or food. Bit traditional Whataburger customer service.

This place is terrible. They charged me $ 2 dollars for a water. What a waste of time and service. As much as I hate McDonald’s I’m going there instead.

Ordered burger, fries, tea, and an order of onion rings. Charged for all items on receipt. After waiting forever in drive through line did not get the fries. Onion rings were cold and doughy. It’s been quite a while since going to Whataburger and based on today’s visit it will be a long time before I try them again.

Just came from there. It’s about 3am. I’ve been here one other time. It’s usually after hitting up the square. Ordered a sausage biscuit with egg. I never really had whataburger besides this one other time. I had it one other time and it was gross. I’m from michigan so this is new to me. Seems like this joint is popular with the UNT students after 2am.

I was told that that they have a cop inside there on the weekends because so many people pass out in the drive thru… Love Whataburger!

Great burger, great chicken nuggets, and there is so many combinations of things that you can eat here. Open 24 hours so it’s an amazing drunk meal!

I mean, what can you say? It’s Whataburger! The perfect«I’ve been out too late drinking» food. The later you go, the longer the drive-thru and the weirder the dining room is. If you’re looking to this review for me to tell you whether or not the food is good, you’ve obviously never eaten at Whataburger. It is what it is: one of the better fast food burgers around. In terms of the wait in the drive-thru line, that kind of stinks. You can’t really help that when every single twenty and thirty-something who’s out late is craving a burger. The service was nice, the food was hot and greasy, and I felt satisfied once my burger and fries were fully consumed.

My friends and I ordered four items to go, when we recieved our bags we should have checked but we went home and discovered two of the orders were missing, one was the wrong order and the other one was right but burned to a crisp. So we went back and got our orders, the staff were polite but now I have food poisoning because of that bacon cheeseburger. I’m not going to the location again.

On the super-quick. Gotta be real, the wait was off the wall. The manager alluded to staff shortage, but god it’d be great to knoe on the front. Either way the dilly dally was remarkable… never mind that they happen to lord over that product at its best…

It’s a Whataburger. Consistent and lots of options. If you’re not familiar with Whataburger, it’s kinda like the Texas version of Hardy’s/Carl’s Jr.(closest thing I could think of). They’ve got big burgers that you can option up however you want(try the Texas toast instead of the regular bun), and they seem to be a bit heavy on the sauces(not necessarily a bad thing).

Does Whataburger need a review? It’s a great burger, in the style of my childhood(big bun, thin meat patty). I love that you can get grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. Just ask. At this particular location, the staff is extra-friendly. I often stop here when driving from Dallas to Oklahoma. I was a little sad that this Denton location is now decorated with pictures of Whataburger history; it used to have pictures of well-known graduates of the University of North Texas.

Whataburger tends to hire some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered, and this location is no exception. However…I asked for extra crispy fries but they were not even crispy, and I took a huge gulp of what was supposed to have been sweet tea but it was a soda. Mistakes happen, so it won’t deter me from going back, but next time I’ll take a sip of my drink and taste test the fries before leaving the drive-thru window.
