Wet and Wild Rentals

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
We called Wednesday to make reservations for Saturday and Sunday. Gave our card info for deposit and apparently we were set to go. So we made plants and rented a cabin to take the 4 wheelers out to Oklahoma. They called us back on Friday and left two messages. The fist one was at 4:12 pm they stated that they had questions about the reservation and that they needed to go over a couple of things with us. They called back at 4:49 pm (keep in mind they close at 5:00pm) stated they were unable to process the payment for the deposit and that without payment they are unable to save reservation. I called after I got off and got the voice mail. I left a few messages as well and said I was gonna be there Saturday morning. I show up and there is no one there. The place is closed. I called and the same lady picks up. She said they were unable to process my card and they had Calle me since Thursday and left me messages, (according to them) I did not call back therefor they gave my reservation away.
I asked when exactly they called because I only had two missed calls from this place and two messages. And they were Friday and they only stated once my payment did not go trough 15 mins before there close time on Friday. I told her this was unacceptable! I called to make the reservation on Wednesday around 11:00 am and they never called back with any concerns up until literately last minute Friday. She said someone else had tried to contact us I asked who? What number? why they waited last minute to process the card? If I could rent a different equipment? She said they had nothing left. I said I was suspicious someone might had made a mistake and rented the equipment out and blamed it on the card not processing. Because I had more than sufficient funds and it was unprofessional to wait last minute to contact us! I will NOT recommend people to go to this place!!! They have NO costumer service skills, they are UNRELIABLE, and CARELESS.
