Let me begin by saying that Robert O’Bryan is certainly one of the nicest men I have ever met. I called him about a week ago to clean the carpet at my apartment because the previous owner had a large dog that made a terrible mess. Robert came right on schedule and checked the carpet before cleaning. He told me there’s a chance the carpet would not be up to par because it was in pretty bad shape. He went ahead and cleaned it anyways just to be sure. Before leaving, he repeatedly told me to call him without hesitation in the event I wasn’t satisfied. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. Went to home depot earlier this week and noticed they had some carpet on clearance, so I figured putting new carpet would be a better idea since the padding was damaged. Instead of charging me full-​price, Robert deducted the cost of the carpet cleaning! In all honesty, he gave me a very good price. Certainly below all the other estimates I had received. Not only that, he gave me tips on how to keep my carpet clean and also how to keep roaches out of my place. This is the man you want to call if you have any renovations needed! Great company, they helped us from the beginning to the end on our flooded home. He gave us a detailed estimate using adjuster software and was able to work with us on our deductible. Very kind people and quick response. The insurance adjuster complained about getting The Renovators to clean our air ducts in the floor until Jay went to his truck and brought in a video camera that showed all the water in them.
