A little austere on the inside but what do you want? DENTON FINALLY HAS A LIQUOR STORE! It’s over by Movie Tavern, on the side where the dollar store and 99 cent store are literally next door to each other. (SIGH.)
Been twice and needed help locating the Tuaca the first time. (They stock it room temperature AND in the fridge, FYI.) Helpful staff. Very decent selection.
I will no doubt be back for all future boozy needs.

Clean, bright and a lot of great hard liquor options to choose from at this store. Only gave it 4 stars due to having limited mixers compared to other places I frequent, but it’s a solid store for your basic or experimental needs.
I found myself in the area visiting family and wondering how far I would need to drive to pick up booze. Grateful that this area finally changed from a dry county.
Previous poster mentioned prices are high, but coming from an extra 22% luxury tax for liquor in Seattle, I found it really inexpensive. I wish I could take a bunch home.

this is a brand new liquor store that opened when denton became a wet county. it’s pretty small but has everything you expect a liquor store to have plus it’s really clean and the manager or owner is really nice. it was some guy and I didn’t get a chance to get his name. he really helped us out get the stuff we needed for a birthday party.
