I have used this place twice personally and always gotten exactly what I expected when I expected it. The company I work for uses this place exclusively for all embroidery and have for years.

I have dropped in twice now to have embroidery put on to my cuffs. I decided, in lieu of my initials, I would start doing Biblical passages such as:

They were very helpful picking out colors. The work was done on time as promised, and it looked exactly like we envisioned.
I think they do good work.
