Yummy. Four tacos is more than a person would ever need. Next time I’ll get three. Very unique dining experience in an old school bus. Bring your conservative friends and see how they react.

Don’t let the bus distract you from the great food. Owners are nice and cook the food themselves. Plenty of food choices and quantity. Prices are reasonable. Well worth the experience and very underrated.

Love this place. Items are huge. Everything really fresh. Green sause amazing. Try by the drop. Not a big meat person so the chicken really good. Will do veggies and beans. Always clean. Great value for sure! !

Great burritos… in a bus but some of the best in town. Don’t overlook this place, great food

Just don’t find many restaurants in an actual bus. Unique ambiance and tacos were very good and authentic

I was going to take a picture of my tacos, but I ate them too fast. Delicious, very reasonably priced. The first time I drove by after seeing this on Unilocal I didn’t stop because I wasn’t sold on buying tacos inside a school bus. Today, I’m glad I did! Don’t pass this place up. My only issue was that I ran out of tacos before I ate all the hot sauce. Need more tacos next time.

This location will make any Unilocal hipster excited. I was in town and was hungry for tacos and happened to fortunately find this place. I had the spicy beef tacos and burrito, and definitely had to take back leftovers. The burritos are HUGE, like so big that you’ll think they messed up your order and gave you an extra burrito. The environment is unique and you can either eat on or outside of the bus under a small tent area. It seems family owned and they were all very nice. Overall the food was pretty delicious, the beef had a decent taste, the spices helped, although I’m also not a big fan of refried beans, so if I were to go back I would hold off on getting those on the tacos. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a secret little Mexican food place, it’s a hidden Denison gem.

I love this place! Since I don’t speak Spanish, I’ve sampled everything and still don’t know which item I’m eating. Doesn’t matter; it’s all soooo good! Some of my friends won’t go there because it’s a bus. Good. More for me!

We loved it! Tortillas so good and boys loved bottles of coke. Owner super sweet guy. Great for traveling with our dogs as outside place to sit.

Huge burritos with tons of flavor! Burrito bus, or I guess its official name is Taco Bus, is a place I like to treat myself to once in awhile because I simply cannot finish a burrito in one sitting. It’s so big that I have to deduct a point for it because I feel like I’m wasting food. If you split the burrito with a friend it’s absolutely perfect. The spicy pork burrito is DELICIOUS, and it’s so cheap! The tortilla is so flaky and soft. To top it all off, you have to try their in-house homemade salsas! I love the green jalapeño and avocado based one.

Easy to miss. Very tasty food. The green salsa they give you in plastic bags is what keeps me coming back.

Hidden gem. May be the best tacos I’ve experienced. Like being in Mexico complete with the dog tied up out back.

Hands down best Mexican food in North Texas — hidden little gem in the parking lot of a liquor store.

I’ve had tacos all over the country, and these are possibly the best. Fresh ingredients and tortillas made when you order. If Unilocal had 6 stars I’d give it to Taco Hondumex.

A local favorite for Austin College and Grayson county students. The Taco Bus is located right outside of Sherman, TX and is a bit of the drive from Austin College campus, but well worth it. I have only tried the torta sandwich and was hooked immediately. This place is not for the clean freaks however. The couple literally cooks the meals in the back of the bus and hands it to you to sit in front part of the bus where each side(left and right) has a counter and chairs. I would recommend this place for people who like to try new things and love local food. Don’t miss out on the experience.
