I don’t even want to rate this. It was awful. The room smelled bad, dirty sheets, dirty towels. Saw some live bugs. Dirty carpet! I had 2 small children with me. No way would I put them in there. Went to ask for a refund. We were there a total of 30 min. Way too long! I was unpacking and trying to situate my kids and then I was able to really notice everything. I went to ask manager for a refund and she said we had to call Expedia to get that. Call Expedia and they had to call her for the refund and she refuses! So tell me why did you have me call Expedia if you were going to tell them no refund. Instead she offered another room! No thank you! Not After the first room! We left! Money lost! I’m furious! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a room. Not hard to please but when everything is dirty no way! Pay a little more and get a better room down the road
