Very clean and a very relaxing environment. The staff have excellent customer service and treat all customers with respect. Loved it! Came back again with my whole family to enjoy the benefits. Highly recommend!

I have severe allergies and ear block… salt therapy… combined with acupuncture by Liz Newman I am better than I have been with 2 rounds of traditional meds. Been out of work for 7 weeks… I shoukd be able to go back to work in another week to 10 days. I am a flight attendant and ear block grounds me from working. I plan on keeping this up. Thank you.

I’ve heard about The Salt Suite but the price was a little steep for me to try. When they had the groupon I was all over that. It was 19 for 1 session. I called to mae my reservation and they said since I was a 1st time client I get the 1st session free and can use my groupon a second time. SCORE! The first time I went by myself. They have lockers to lock up your purse/shoes etc. You need to bring socks, as you go shoeless in the salt room, if you forget they have loner ones. The owner guided me to a recliner set me up with headphones attached to an ipod nano and put in a short intro explaining the whole theory behind salt therapy which then transitioned to typical spa music. It was so relaxing. I wasn’t tired at all prior to visiting I found myself dozing off. After I left I started to feel kinda stuffy and congested. It was my lungs trying to purge out some of the bad stuff. The second time I brought the BF as he got the session free being a 1st timer. When we went the second time I was actually fighting a little bit of a head cold/congestion. The threapy really helped getting all that yucky stuff out of my sinuses and lungs. 2 days later I was 100%. If I Had a chronic condition like asthma or anything of the like I would absolutely commit to going on A regular basis. This will be something i will probably use as an as needed basis for recharging.

Elliot and his wife run a great business. I needed a place to relax and help with my allergies and this place really helped with both. Some of the best money I ever spent.

Bought a Groupon for $ 79 for visit Adult Salt Therapy sessions. I’d been wanting to try this place for quite some time, but the price had turned me off. What better way to check it out than to purchase a Groupon?! I’ve been twice so far. The first time(my fault), I really didn’t allow myself to relax. The room has 6 reclining and cushy chairs in it for relaxing. The floor, walls, and ceiling are all salt. My goal here was just to check it out, relax, and perhaps clear my sinuses. The relaxation part… well, it was my fault for answering work emails the entire 45 minutes. I was basically working the whole time. However, after about 30 minutes, I noticed tingling in my sinuses, and they opened up. That was a plus that I hadn’t expected. On my second trip, I kept my phone in my purse, closed my eyes and relaxed. 45 minutes later I was refreshed, with clear sinuses. I felt like I just had a massage. Now THAT’s the way to go. Just let yourself go, close your eyes and fall asleep. The real question is – Would I spend full price on this? No. In my opinion, it is way overpriced for what it is. You’re paying for quiet time, and unless you have sinus/allergy issues, I can’t see that it’s worth paying full price. For some, it may be worth it, but not for me. I’ll continue to enjoy the rest of my visits and just look at this as 45 minutes of «me» time.

This is the only Salt Suite in the area and the first visit is usually free. They have a separate area just for kids and a separate adult room. The adult room has about 8 lounge chairs, white sandy floor, walls covered in salt, and Dead Sea salt crushed and blown in via an a/c vent. the room is a laminar flow so the air is always fresh. I went here when my allergies kicked up and felt much better after.

My oldest daughter suffers from severe asthma and has been hospitalized twice now in PICU because of it. We have gone to the Salt Suite a few times now and so far we are pretty satisfied. Its hard to know for sure if its helping but we do have a pleasant experience each time we go. The childrens room is clean and has a lot of toys that keep the kids busy.

Back in December, I had found out about salt therapy and how it helps people with allergies, asthma, emphysema, etc. I’ve had allergies for as long as I can remember, and my mother has both asthma and emphysema(Don’t smoke, people! My mom is now the biggest advocate for quitting that nasty addiction). We drove across Alligator Alley to a place in Naples called the Salt Cave, and loved it. Sadly, Naples is quite far, so we were super excited to find a new salt therapy business in our neck of the woods, called the Salt Suite. We bought two packages on Living Social: for my mom, we got the one month of unlimited salt therapy sessions, and I purchased a set of three sessions for myself so I could join her on the weekends. Elliot and Jessica, the owners, are very nice, and they have a beautiful, clean space. The room has salt-covered walls and the floor is all salt as well(it looks like sand). There are about 7 leather reclining chairs, and each chair has its own reading light and iPod nano. They have soft spa music to listen to, but if you go into the nano’s menu, they got other fun music to choose from as well. And if you find one of the iPods I used, you can see the«new playlist» I made ;) Each session lasts 45 minutes, and you really can feel a difference afterward. My mom especially feels so much better after her sessions. She doesn’t need her inhaler as much, and feels like she can breathe deeper. It’s not a cure for her emphysema, but I fully support anything that improves her lung function even a little bit. As for me, my sinuses feel less congested after the sessions. They also offer yoga, and have a kids room as well. It’s cute seeing little kids playing in the«sand.» If only this was around when I was growing up!

Its a nice place and great for relaxing. I am going there in order of improving my allergies and sinuses. They had a kids area which was really cute and they seemed to be enjoying themselves!

I recently took advantage of a groupon offer for this place. After flying home from New England from the holidays, I was incredibly stuffed up. I decided to give the Salt Suite a shot. I did not feel an immediate change, but the next morning there was a noticeable difference. I ended up going for 4 days in a row and now I am completely clear up. I wish this place was closer to where I live, I would go more often. If you are congested, run do not walk to this place.

This was a very interesting experience. The Salt Suite offers both treatments and yoga. They also have a room for children which I saw a mother and son using. It looked pretty cool because the salt looked like snow on the ground. I was taken over to the adult suite. You may wear whatever you like except for shoes which are replaced by socks. I sat in one of the very comfortable reclining chairs and then waited for a few minutes for the other person who was scheduled to be in there with me. Up to seven people can use the room at the same time. The salt covered the ground like snow. The walls were covered with it as well. The attendant explained that the these treatments would not only help with my sinus problems but also help people who have skin problems and breathing problems in general. Once the other lady sharing the room with me arrived the door was shut and the lights were dimmed. They provide extra book lights in there in case you want to bring a book or magazine. You can also bring electronics and phones in there as long as you keep them quiet and just use the phone for texts. A machine came on that you could hear doing something to the air. It was supposed to change the air’s chemistry with salt which you cannot feel. The session lasted 45 minutes. I tried to read but soon got so relaxed I felt more like sitting in a meditative state. I think I was so relaxed because I could feel my breathing improve. After the session ended an attendant showed me they also have a yoga room where the salt charged air blows through as you do your work out. She showed me different package options if I wanted to come back. I felt really good the rest of the day but the effects don’t stay with you unless you continue treatments. I enjoyed the experience but am only giving it 4 stars because I feel it is kind of pricey for just sitting in a room. The one thing that I felt was a turn off was I overheard two attendants talking and they could not get a Groupon bar code to scan and the guy asked the lady if she thought it was a counterfeit. I was the only person in there and assumed it was very likely they were talking about the one I brought in. They did get it to work and didn’t say anything to me, but I don’t feel that is something a customer should overhear.
