I brought an eight-year-old VW Passat I’ve had since new. It needed a new headliner. Six hours later new headliner look better than factory. Very nice people fair prices and a tremendous job well done.

Outstanding quality job! My Mercedes convertible top was separating at the seam after five years and the dealer wanted more than $ 7,000 for a new roof because glue wouldn’t hold a top that had shrunk a little. I found that. This company suggested stitching and delivered on promise. It looks like it came from the factory. He removed the top and stitched it with a machine, like brand new but stronger because the original seam was only glued by Mercedes. They were prompt, courteous, and really friendly. The price was also really fair. I am an eye doctor but I know quality auto work because I’m a collector. They had cars there from other car dealers too, I saw a Ferrari and a Mercedes. I’m really happy I know you will be too.

Family owned business, mother, son and daughter operate. I first took my husbands car and when he picked up after hours he said car was left messy and job site was not cleaned. I just assumed he was over critical. Next I took my car when I came to pick up, mother asked daughter to make sure trim work had been done. Of course daughter was back in less than a minute, No trim work had not been done and since it was raining, I drove home 30 min only to check work because my husband had told not to take it their and what do I see. Glue on my convertible top and body of car. Family owned business: dirty, messy and can do good work when they feel like it. Zero accountability. I am sure the first generation who established business know better than how the children run the business. Took my husbands car first, when he picked up he said they had left it messy and dirty. I I called spoke with daughter and asked if someone could come out to my home and fix issues or refund me $ 20 for my time and gas for sitter to watch my child who was bedridden. Abruptly, daughter stated it would only take 2 seconds to fix I would have to drive. I explain yes 2 seconds of their time but and hour of mine, gas and sitter fees. We went back and fourth, very unprofessional. No class, no sense of business etiquette. I should have known, and listen to my husband. I try no to judge but yes, what you see is what you get messy! I drive car back and they had one excuse after another, even had the nerve to tell me that the glue on top was there when I brought car. I held my ground and glue off paint was removed, soft top clean the best they could, I will see how it looks once it stops raining. I did also notice when I returned home glass has swirl marks that I removed with wax compound. Never go their if you do, don’t pay or leave until you inspect work and be prepared to waste your time.
