Hertz Rent A Car

The car they attempted to give me was dirty and disgusting — it had like a light tan cloth interior which was stained a dirty disgusting grey — the passenger seat had 2 cigarette burns and was so dirty and disgusting I didn’t want to stand too close to the car. Also the car had this fabric covered armrest that had a pubic hair stuck in the fabric armrest.

When I said that there is no way I’m taking this car, the manager looked at me like I was crazy — I said ‘there is a pube on the armrest’ — and she just shrugged and looked around the room (later to find out she was the Manager)…the exterior of the car wasn’t much better — but this inside was beyond gross and disgusting– zero. zero stars and terrible service!
