Man, whenever I’m back in Indiana, this is my first stop. Maybe if you didn’t grow up eating this stuff, it would seem weird, maybe even gross. But I have been addicted since age 5 and probably always will be.
The stromboli is so much better than at any other Pizza King or Arni’s. I love the way the sausage and pepperoni are cut into little squares. The pizza crust is perfectly crisp and greasy. How is it that the little square pieces in the middle bend perfectly to fit into your mouth but never fall apart? The cornmeal on the bottom of the crust is a nice touch.
