I ordered flowers through this flower store on for my outstanding mother in law on Mother’s Day. I was very excited for her to receive them until I found out the evening after Mother’s Day that this store cancelled the delivery because they ran out of flowers. Of course, it’s okay for any business to run out of supply when demand is unexpectedly high, but it is ESSENTIAL and EXPECTED to contact the customer to let them know the order can’t be fulfilled. They refunded the purchase without contacting me. I only found out after calling 1800 Flowers what happened. I don’t like to post negative reviews, but when a business shows no regard for common courtesy their potential customers need to know. If the business owner receives this message — as a business owner your customers expect more. I hope your mother or mother in law received her flowers… maybe next year…0 stars for 2016’s experience

I received an arrangement from Josie Posie for my Birthday, which came by way of a 1800-Flowers order that my husband placed. When I received the delivery, the arrangement was put together well, but I could tell immediately that the some of the roses were already bloomed to the point that they wouldn’t last long, and that some of the greens were already wilting. By the very next day one of the roses was droopy and dead, and others were on the way out. It was like I received a very pretty arrangement that someone had already been enjoying for a week. So just one day after receiving the gift, I took a photo of the dead/droopy roses and I emailed Josie Posie. The manager, Jennifer, immediately replied that the«arrangement was fine when it left the store» but that she was would replace it earlier the following week and apologized. Then I never heard another word. I tried to contact her a couple of times and even included another photo of the arrangement a few days later when it was totally dead. Still, no reply or call back. The kicker is that I got our credit card statement and the thing was $ 91. Bottom line — product is bad and service is worse. Find another florist.
