The facilities are run down and the staff is too thin, one RN and two CNAs for every 30 beds. Most concerning though is that the doctor cancelled all of my mother’s medication without even seeing her. Life-​dependent medication. And he will not return phone calls. Dr. Lyle Weintraub. Physical and Occupational Therapists were great.

Willow field is an older facility that has a few great people on the staff, but are short staffed if the patient requires attention. The nurses and their assistants due the best they can with such a large work load. The therapy team seems to be very good as well.
Dr Weinstien was assigned to my wife’s case and couldn’t find time in his schedule to see her in 4 days. He was able to stop her medications without any interaction with her or her family. Stopping antibiotics and pain medications seems beyond incompetents, I don’t think are experience with him could have shown less concern or compassion.
