AMAZING store. My favorite store to buy anything from sunscreen to fashionable clothes to just a plain beach towel. I am a manager for The Gap and have been for 18 years, so I know what good customer service is. I love love love how friendly and helpful all the employees are and I recommend this cute shop to everyone who loves great customer service and the cutest clothes/​signs/​little trinkets for your home.

Went in to this store with intentions of spending… However when I entered the store the woman working did not say one word to me– as I continued to browse (very close to the front counter) she said absolutely nothing. Finally, I greeted HER and said hi how is it going?! She seemed alarmed– I almost felt as if I was interrupting her. She seemed frazzled. Barely even greeted me. I own a boutique and my family has been in the business for 16 years… Hence the reason I was so put off by this horrible customer service. She had several opportunities to greet myself and my 4 other family members… But didn’t care to do so. The least she could have done was say hello and she failed to do this. Hopefully in the future these employees will AT LEAST greet the customer and simply make conversation. We ended up going next door and shopping there.
