I admit a few pieces of the clothing and jewelry are nice. Nothing to rave about. Customer service is bad, bad, bad. The sales staff barely look at you, barely speak to you. I called the store later and learned one of the employees with the poor customer service is actually one of the managers. Ha. Unbelievable. If its because I don’t particularly appear wealthy… think again. Don’t be too quick to profile a person. You are missing out on my hard-​earned money. I think I will visit the store in Carlsbad from now on.

Nice store with fun blingy stuff, clothes, purses, jewelry, but not as extensive a selection as I thought.
Found a sundress for my niece and a pair of earrings for myself ($ 175). Bring your money when you come here, the stuff is fairly pricey. Lots of summer stuff but mostly smaller sizes. Very friendly staff. Nice place to browse. Good place to get a gift for someone you want to spend a bunch of money on.

Had a great time looking at this beautiful store today with my husband. We discovered a gorgeous Virgins & Saints jewelry line and he got me the most beautiful statement necklace. It was very reasonably priced for what it was. As a thank you they threw in a beautiful little Venetian glass votive candle holder and I couldn’t be happier! The owner (I think) was super nice and very helpful. We will be back for the gorgeous jewelry and great selection.

LOVE Fairen Del! I get the best deals there. It’s located in the Flower Hill Mall which is upscale but they have a surprising selection of moderately priced, gorgeous clothes, shoes and accessories.
The staff made me feel welcome from the very first time I visited and now I feel like family!
Get on their list for their fashion shows — they’re fun!

Really great gift store at Flower Hill with lots of bags, luggage, jewelry, and other gift-​y items and accessories. I love the Sophia & Chloe line of jewelry here — so pretty and reasonably priced. The salespeople are friendly (really helpful and not snobby) and the way the store is decorated always feels kind of dreamy and enchanted. They also have a good «guy section» on the first floor with some interesting gifts for that hard-​to-​shop-​for husband or father. Recommended!
