Really nice! I ducked into the store on Sunday morning hoping to get some paper painters hats to wear during our time at the fair. They were out, but they simply gave me more expensive hats made out of fabric that worked perfectly! Really helpful and very thoughtful.

After reading previous reviews, I thought twice about going here, even though it is convenient. I’m pleased to report that my experience was great. During each of my 3 trips there, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The first time, I received help with colors and materials. The next time, when I ordered, the sales person (who had actually been a painter) helped me choose the right product for the application and gave me tips on coverage so I wouldn’t buy too much. When I came back to pick up a color that had to be matched to my sample, the sales person who helped me remembered me from the previous visit. She also noticed a mistake on my receipt and gave me a refund. I am very satisfied with this store.

I used to get great service here but it seems like Everytime I call to price material they only quote me the most expensive paint. This happens even when I specifically ask for all the paint ranges. NOT the first time! I get much better service at the other locations. Not to be a hater, I hope they see this post and realize we have other choices.

It is probably the most shocking customer service I have ever encountered. The lady was so unhelpful and flippant I cannot believe this place is in business. In Del Mar ??? I suppose they are resting on their laurels and real estate is selling like hot cakes and everyone is remodeling and painting. If the property market dips I wonder how they will compete.

Hands down worst customer service! I went back there three times because the location is convent and all three times could not belief the horrible service. Once even from the manager. I will not return and most definitely tell all family and friends not to support this store.

They have very good paint and if you have triple
AAA they will give you a discount.

The worst experience of my life, salesman (Mike) had very bad attitude, even check out the person behind me first not to mention price is 30 to 40 per cent higher than other stores.
