If there was an option for 0 stars, that is what I would choose. I reserved a truck here and 2 weeks later they canceled 1 of the days that I had it reserved for. When I called and asked why they had lied to me they threatened to cancel my reservation all together and told me I would just have to deal with it. 0 stars for customer service, 0 stars for reliability, 0 stars overall for U-​haul of sunnylane. Don’t go here, they don’t care about the customers they are renting to.
