Rotelli’s

This is a worst restaurant it’s so dirty and terrible service. This is the second time Rotelli’s. And I feel very disappointed with their customer services.
The first time I ordered my pizza! they told me 15 – 20 minutes, I came 30 minutes later to pick up! they said it’s not ready. I tried every way to understand! That maybe it’s too busy that they couldn’t make my pizza on time. And their pizza is pretty good! A little over price but fresh.
This time I made my order and came to pick it up as the time as same as last time. This guy told me he FORGOT to make it. Didn’t even say sorry and was being really rude. He then told me to wait for another 10 minutes.
The shop is never that busy to not get my order on time in the first place. And I feel that the management needs to do something about this. Because I’ve been in customer service business.

Good assortment of early bird specials that are reasonably priced and taste good. Tilapia had a kind of marsala sauce that was delicious. Very good service.

Went on a Tuesday evening, started off with delicious garlic rolls and for our main dish got the cheese pizza special and Greek salad. Food and service was excellent, Our server was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks so much!

The first time I eat in this restaurant we were disappointed for the food. The salad was mainly lettuce with little of the other ingredients and not cheap. We had a pizza that 60% of it had cheese. We thought it was a bad day for the restaurant and ignored it. After a few months apart we went for a second opportunity to find out that the first occasion wasn’t a bad day but common practice of this restaurant. A pizza without cheese is just unacceptable. I even spoke to the manager who argued that the cheese bubbles in the oven causes the missing spots of cheese in the pizza, like it was my first time eating pizza. What you get for what you pay is unacceptable. I took pictures because I’m not exaggerating. Try another place. Pizza restaurants are everywhere. This location is not worth getting your money.

My boyfriend and I had a little time to kill before a movie at Paragon, and since he is pretty much always in the mood for espresso and cannoli we popped into Rotelli. We were the only ones in the restaurant aside from a table sitting outside finishing up, and I’m sure the staff was getting anxious to get home as it was approaching closing time, but they were still friendly and accommodating.
My boyfriend ordered his espresso, which I really have no basis of judgement on as I try to avoid caffeine, but he had no complaints and I did notice is was slightly larger than other espressos I have seen him get and it came with a few little biscotti pieces. I ordered a glass of the house pinot grigio, which I found to be a little sweet for pinot grigio, but it’s house wine at a pizza place, so it was probably what I should expect. We split a cannoli and that was quite delicious served on a plate with whipped cream.
I have never had a meal at any Rotelli location, but the restaurant smelled delicious and I mentioned to my boyfriend that I would perhaps like to try the pizza here before our next movie, and I did notice they allowed dogs in their outside patio area… always a plus for me.
