Limitless Strength and Conditioning

I heard about Limitless through two of my friends who had been training at the gym for some time. I was intimidated to even step foot in the gym, already deciding, «I know I can’t do that! I don’t want to flip a tire! I don’t want to slam ropes! Girls who lift get bulky!» (Cue the eye rolls). But really I was just telling myself, «I don’t want to work hard! I don’t want to get better!» I quickly learned it’s not all about tire flips and rope slams (and definitely not getting bulky) but about the right form, excellent coaching, and lifting heavy. Under Ken Morris’ vision this gym is growing fast. The people who work out there are a close knit bunch. It’s a fun atmosphere and I find myself laughing all the time. I am continually challenged by Dan and I reach PRs I would have never imagined I could. It’s amazing how much they want you to be at your best potential! I’m proud to be achieving all that I have with the help of these well trained coaches. If you’re looking to better yourself, I’d do yourself a favor and check out this gym. It ain’t easy, but as Dan says (summarized not quoted) «the harder it gets the better you get.»

Limitless Strength and Conditioning is the best facility I have ever been a part of. I joined last year and worked directly with the owner, Coach Ken Morris. I am blown away by Ken’s knowledge and dedication. I have never worked with another coach who has as much experience and expertise along with this level of passion to help his lifters succeed. This man knows what he’s doing. The atmosphere at Limitless is one where anyone can feel comfortable. It truly is a place where everyone encourages each other and congratulates each other’s personal achievements.
I recently began training one-​on-​one with Coach Dan and it has been an amazing experience. He is motivating, smart, and has a perfect explanation for why we do what we do and how I can improve. In one month of training with him I have already done more than I ever have before.
I’ve learned so much by being a part of Limitless. With Ken’s programming and support I competed in two powerlifting competitions last year, which I never thought I would do. I definitely didn’t get first place, but the experience was awesome and it felt great to be a part of the team. I recommend Limitless to anyone who wants to try powerlifting, who is already a powerlifter and wants to get stronger, who wants to be a better athlete or train for an event, or who just wants to be live a healthier life. Basically everyone.

Limitless Strength and Conditioning is a breath of fresh air from those «chain» gyms. Even after working with Coach Ken for over a year, I still feel challenged every time. His experience and expertise in strength and conditioning is evident as you will never get the exact same workout twice here.
Ken makes a grueling workout fun and knows just when to give you the encouragement you need to finish the round. I love my Power Hour group and Limitless Strength and Conditioning!!!

I have been training with Ken @ Limitless Strength for just over two months now, and I could not be happier with the choice of trainer or gym.
Limitless is not a fancy gym, there are no treadmills, stair climbers, or any weight machines in the gym; nor, are there any showers, pools, or any of the other useless crap that most of the big box gyms have to lure people in and get them to pay a big joining fee and monthly rate.
Limitless strength is all about getting stronger through barbell weightlifting… period. Ken as a coach has taught me the proper technique in all the main lifts, and has pushed me to reach and surpass my own goals.
