This is the dirtiest Jersey Mikes I have been in. Employees sitting around on their phones and the place is a mess. People are even walking out mumbling ‘this is disgusting ‘. Sandwich was great you just have to look beyond cleanliness.

The sub tasted good but the experience was awful! I arrived around lunch time. Nobody was in front of me. I was greeted by an employee while I looked at the menu. I settled on the«regular» turkey and provolone sub. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh in front of you. I found it odd that the bread was cut on the counter and the sub was filled with toppings right on the counter. I suppose I’m accustomed to a paper separating your food from a hard surface. The employee passed my sub over to the topping employee. She asked if I wanted it «Jersey Mikes Way» having never been, I asked what that meant. She pointed to the menu which showed their go to toppings with oil and vinegar. I figured I’d try it. I also added pickles and jalapenos to my sub. I must say she went way overboard on oil and vinegar. It was doused! While she was in the process of making my sub another customer scooted behind me in the narrow line bumping his huge belly into my back and nearly knocking me over. Are you effing kidding me?! The employees seemed to know him as he paid for his meal but no apology was extended. I was disgusted and annoyed. Also my sandwich artist wad arguing with the meat/cheese guy about the customer’s order behind me. It was just an odd experience overall but the pièce de résistance was paying. They asked if I wanted to make my sub a combo. I declined abd the cashier said please select an option on the screen. There on front of me was a request for gratuity at 10% 15% or 20% Again, are you effing kidding!!! You expect an automatic gratuity for what!!! Pay your employees a decent wage. My «regular» sub was the size of half a Publix sub and was more expensive! The sub itself had good flavor but was way too oily/wet. I won’t be returning. Publix is right across the street and is way better!

Great place to grab a sub before heading to the beach !!! Really refreshing cold subs or hot subs off the grill.

The only reason this store gets 2 stars is because the subs are not bad. I like Jersey Mike’s, but the service I got last week was horrible. I did not know the store closed at 9pm and strolled in at 8:50pm. I was the last customer, and if looks could kill I would not be here today. Obviously the 2 working that night wanted to go home and did not want me in the store. I know how it feels to have someone walk in before closing, but you do not treat customers this way. I had already been there a couple of times within 2 weeks and planned on being a regular. I will never step foot in that store again. Its usually not crowded, and now I know why. I will try another Jersey Mikes.

I’ve been seeing Jersey Mike’s pop up everywhere and figured I would try it today. Safe to say, I don’t plan to return. I will start with the good. Easy parking, clean restaurant. Easier than going through Publix for their subs. Nice tables to eat outside to enjoy the Florida winter. Ok, the not so good part… The service was short. Hey, you just opened, may want to ask if you have any questions about the menu. Not the friendliest bunch. Ok, so I’m a vegetarian who usually can eat VERY well at any sub place around. So, it’s not like I’m reviewing a bbq place and giving them 2 stars because they don’t have some good veggies. I know what I am in for and feel lucky if their cornbread doesn’t even have meat hidden in it somewhere. That being said… Their cheese is sliced on the same deli slicer as the meat. That would usually be a deal breaker to me but I was hungry and who knows what happens behind the scenes at most restaurants. I didn’t see any weird meat pieces on it and threw caution to the wind. The only veggies they have are lettuce, tomatoes and bell peppers. Falls way short than any sub place around. The cheese was plentiful, which is appreciated, but lacked any flavor. I settled with the combo fountain soda(Pepsi products, not my fav) and chips. I spent almost $ 10. Not worth it.

I really like Jersey Mike’s in terms of the type of sub they make. Freshly slice super thin meats and cheeses piled high, finely shredded lettuce, and fresh tomatoes. The sandwiches are large and you can easily get two meals out of it, so the value is there as well. This was my first visit to this particular Jersey Mike’s. They just opened and aside from an awkward pull in/out of the lot situation it’s in the perfect spot to grab a sub on the way to the beach. I stopped in here on labor day in the late afternoon happy to find they weren’t to busy. I was STARVING. To the point where I was HANGRY as people call it, so the rest of this review may be slightly skewed by my mood. The service was painfully slow. There were about five workers behind the counter but only two of them appeared to actually be doing any work. and with only one meat slicer things moved very slowly. In my condition I just had very little patience for the snail like pace and pretty much everything the workers were doing was getting on my nerves… it was just so inefficient. That being said when I did get my sandwich it was delicious. To be fair this location just opened, and I’m sure many of the employees are still in training. They passed along a few coupons as I paid at the register so I will be back, I just think I will give it a month or so to give them a chance to get things running more smoothly… and maybe not go in hangry next time.
