This company is a joke. I had an inspection done by Clay who came with the elevation tool and measured the inside. He told me all the elevations read properly and the house was level. No work was needed. That was good news because I have already had 15 piers fixed two years ago! Fast-forward six weeks. My buyers asked for Allied to come verify the foundation was good. Nelson showed up with a simple hand level. He tells me the inside is completely level. He then goes outside. He comes back in to tell me there is cracking in one of my adjustment joints and that requires 13 piers to be fixed!!! Seriously??? So I go out and look at the adjustment joint. The CAULKING is cracked BECAUSEIT’S 10YEAROLDCAULK!!! The adjustment joint measures perfectly from top to bottom. So you’re telling me that I should have 13 piers fixed because the caulking is cracked? Gimme a break!!! When I called to try to get an explanation, the manager Max tells me Nelson has SOOO much experience. Screw that! In six weeks, my foundation did not crumble. SCAMSCAMSCAM

Customer service is terrible. I called on a Saturday and was connected with an answering service who seemed nice enough but simply was not concerned with my request. As expected, there was no response form the company so I called again on Monday. At this time, I spoke with a gentlemen who was simply rude and clearly did not care about my business. Fortunately there are many other providers in the area.

They finally fixed the broken panel that occurred during repairs. Shouldn’t have had to call them 3 times a week and put up with bad attitudes in order to get it done. Just not the way to do business. One more thing I found out… Be careful who writes your estimate and make sure they actually measure the floor. I see now that they did not do that either. they leveled my house by sight I guess.

Allied Foundation was referred to us by a long time friend. She said great things about them and we found them all to be true. Our bid was well in line with what we thought it should be and the work was done in a surprisingly quick and efficient manner. When we walked outside and saw all of the shrubs back pretty much ‘on the spot’ with where they previously were, we appreciated the little things they do. Great folks!

They did a quick, efficient job and were reasonably priced. I have no regrets on using them and would recommend them to someone else. The only negative was they left some of their personal trash laying around. Thank you guys for doing such a great job overall!

The gentlemen that gave me the quote(Max) very professional and was on time. The reason we chose Allied was because of the low price and due to everyone in my neighborhood has been hiring Allied. The guys showed up on time and started working until noon non stop. I bought pizza for them and they were very grateful. All the cracks inside and outside are gone the doors close now. 2 weeks after the foundation work i noticed one of my sprinkler pipes was broken like someone hit it with a shovel. I called Allied and they sent someone within 3 hours and fixed the problem. The gentlemen mentioned it could of been of the workers accidentally hit the pipe but it was fixed now. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys for your hard work.

I bought a house where Allied had already done work. I had the paperwork on the lifetime warranty. So I called them when I started seeing cracks in the house. The first person that came to my house from the company told me they would repair the piers they had already put in and put in some more. That person left no paperwork on price or the graph of what the plan was. I called the company over ten times in the two months waiting for my work day. I never got any of the paperwork or even an email from the company even though every phone call I had with them, they promised to do just that. The crew showed up and the crew boss used a level to show me how the previous piers needed no repair, so they proceeded to only put in new piers. The cracks got worse afterwards and new problems appeared, so I called them back. This time they said that it wasn’t a foundation problem, but a water leak problem. They offered to replace my entire sewer system for me. Instead, I got other companies to test for water leaks. Once I had a report from another company showing no water leak, I called Allied about it. They sent out what they called«their best guy» to look at my house again and consider that it might need foundation work. He agreed and drew up a plan for doing some warranty work as putting in a few new piers. A few weeks later the crew showed up early and worked hard to get my work finished in less than five hours… clean up and all. The only problem since is that my house was tagged by the city for no permits on this job. Ali at Allied is working hard on this issue, though. I trust that he will take care of it in time and that I won’t get fined for it.
