DO NOT BOTHER… ZERO STARS
we phoned hercules C & G drain this morning. no answer. a bit of phone tag and finally we are scheduled. «we’ll be there between 2:00 – 4:00.» hercules was a NO SHOW
we left three messages – no callback, no courtesy… does it take a herculean effort to pick up the phone?

Our main drain was blocked and our regular plumber didn’t have the right equipment to tackle it. He referred us to Hercules C&G, saying he had referred people for 4 years and they were very reputable. Worked for me. Was able to get an appointment the same day, and when the first attempt to unblock the drain didn’t work, they called for assistance and used a high pressure water jet to solve the problem. Very professional.
