Came to the house and they are Super expensive, after high quote did not promise will fix AC. They also charge $ 99 just to show up at your front door. Got other quotes cheaper and AC is working.

Gassco helped us out by installing a new furnace when ours stopped working on a long weekend, when my husband, son and I were all home sick, and then came back years later to amend something pertaining to the install. It was one of the coldest weekends of the year. We were very grateful. Years later, when we went to sell our home, we didn’t like the way the system venting they installed knocked against our door when we opened it. We called GASSCO, and they responded taking full responsibility for correcting the situation, and repositioned the pvc so that ran properly, and beyond that, helped me in the process to correct the drainage of that and the nearby water heater to flow directly down into the drain, rather than how it was installed originally to just drain out over the drain hole.(this was unrelated to the work that GASSCO had done) I cannot tell you how grateful I was to have such consideration and«over and above» responsiveness. I used them for repairing my furnace that stopped working suddenly on a real cold day. To make matters worse, it was a weekend, and most other places that I called were either closed or not willing to service a new customer. I called Gassco and they came over within a hour and a half. Took good care of my furnace and had it up and running in less than an hour. The gentleman also took the time to explain in detail what had gone wrong, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Had used these guys a few time for basic service. However they misdiagnosed a serious problem with my furnace, one that could have burned down my house. I called another service provider and they recommended a necessary repair. This is so wing I would have expected them to communicated — similar to a mechanic telling one there are bad breaks when a tire is being repaired. They are too focused on doing the bare minimum to save money v. Doing what is right for the customer. Beware!

It’s been nearly a month now since the HVAC Tech from Grassco came out to service my AC system and everything is still working great. I can’t believe that four other HVAC company’s told me that I had to replace my system when all that needed replacing was the thermostat! Thank You Grassco! You save me $ 5,000!!!
