Loved my experience at extra storage! Paul and David were extremely welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise, considering I needed to wait 2 hours for a pick up service to come! Highly recommend this place!

Got a call from them today because our credit card number changed and we forgot to update our autopay. So nice that they take the time to give you a head’s up and help you avoid a late fee! Still really liking this place (weird for a storage place, I know).

Compared to my experience with another storage facility, Extra Space Storage is very clean and well-maintained.
They are also cheaper than other storage companies in the area, but be prepared for random price increases. My rate went up just after a couple of months, but it’s still cheaper (for now).
There’s been times when the gate door wouldn’t open and there were no dollies around.
